Asian-Tournament-Chapter-7

-STORY START-

-RAY'S POV-

You both were nearly there now, and made a run inside and saw the guys standing ready

Tyson: Hey!

And in you both came dirty and injured

Tyson: Sorry we're late, ran into a little landslide, so who's up next?

Kenny: You are Tyson, you ok to fight?

Tyson: Oh yeah

Kai: Finally woke up I see

-KAI'S POV-

They had finally turned up...and thank god too or else it would have been a loss. You then looked around but didn't see Athena anywhere.

Ray sat down, and Kenny and Max tended to his ankle, you then sat next to Ray and asked where she was.

Ray: She's not here...?

Kai: We haven't seen her at all yet

Ray: But she went ahead of us...I hope she's alright

You: I'm gonna look for her, stay here

Kenny: Kai be careful

You nodded and made a run for the exit...you looked around everywhere and then noticed a part in the mountains which looked like hikers would use seeing as it appeared used...so you proceeded up there. You went on for quite a while and noticed that you were also quite far away from the Tower

You: How far could she have been, she couldn't have gotten lost, I mean even all the way up there you can see the Tower.

Suddenly you saw flashes of purple from behind a boulder...you ran over, and you were shocked to see Athena there, her blade had fallen out of her pocket and she was passed out with a huge scar all the way up her leg

You: Oh no

You then bent down and rested her on her back and checked to see if she was breathing

You: Good she's alright, just badly hurt

With that you steadied her body and picked her up bridal style and made your way back to the Tower. By the time you got back down there it had gotten quite dark.

You: Athena...wake up...come on

She slightly stirred and then looked up at you with her eyes barely open

Athena: K...Kai?

You: How you feeling?

Athena: I AH! M...MY LEG!

You: Not that great I take it

Athena: P...put me down, I'll walk

You: Don't think so, if you're in that much pain and I'm carrying you image how much more it'll hurt if I put you down

-ATHENA'S POV-

You felt so awkward being in Kais' arms like this, the guy hardly spoke and now he was holding you. You asked to be let down, but he didn't let you, you began to get the idea that maybe he did care

You: H...how was the match?

Kai: Fine, Max won and then me

You: You played?

Kai: I was registered as a sub so yes, I played

You: Well no doubt you won then

Kai: Of course

You: Then who played...?

Kai: Tyson

You: Oh, good they made it back, thank God

Kai: Yeah so, no doubt we've won, now you should know better, why didn't you stay with them?You: I was hoping to get there to take their place...I didn't imagine getting hit by a bolder on the way here

Kai: That Rock not far from you hurt your leg?!

You: Yeah

Kai: I'm surprised you're alive after that

You: Me too actually

Kai: Well important thing is you're safe...I know the guys wouldn't like it if you were hurt in anyway

You: Oh...I see...even you...?

You asked

Kai said nothing but carried on going.

Soon you both arrived at the Tower and saw the rest of the guys down there waiting by the bus. Tyson ran over followed by Max and Kenny

Max: Athena you alright?!

You: I will be Max

Kai then set you down and pulled an arm over his shoulder to support you

Tyson: Wow Kai that was nice of you to carry her here

Kai: Whatever, beside if she wasn't around to help you guys, I would have to make more of an effort

You didn't let that comment affect you because it was obvious, he made the effort to come find you and carry you because he was worried...but you didn't need him to admit it.

Ray: Athena!

He limped over to you and held your hand

Ray: You ok?

You: Oh, I'll be fine guys, don't fuss let's just get back to the dorms ok?

Tyson: Man, your leg looks pretty bad

You: Yeah...guess I can't wear skirts for a while now

You lightly laughed, then Tyson stood next to you to support you

Tyson: I got her Kai

Kai: fine

So, Kai let go and Tyson let you support yourself on him

You: Thanks boys

He helped you onto the bus and then lay you down on the back seat

Tyson: You alright?

You: I'll be fine Tyson thanks

You smiled sweetly and closed your eyes.

Soon you arrived back, and the path had been cleared. Tyson helped you back to you room and Max helped Ray get off the bus.
