American-Tournament-Chapter-6

-STORY START-

-ATHENA'S POV-

Tyson, Max, Kai and Antonio headed to the waterfalls to do some training while you Kenny and Ray were getting on with the reconfigurations, all the way until night fall.

You: Kenny I'm gonna break back in a few

You said as you left the room and headed outside...there you saw a fairly large tree and decided to climb it. Once on a fairly high branch up where there were many leaves you stopped and rested your back against the trunk.

Suddenly you heard a Beyblade being ripped and leaned over slightly so you could see through the leaves...and you saw Antonio on his own

Antonio: It's no use I'll never be good at Beyblading

Then out of God knows where you saw Kai come up behind him

Kai: You don't get good overnight, it takes years of practice

Antonio: But I wanna get better at it, so I watch you and Tyson and Max to learn as much as I can, and you watch one day I'll be world champion

Kai: You can dream all you want kid, but it won't help, cause when you wake up from your dreams, you'll realise nothing has changed, there's only one way to make those dreams come true, you have to dedicate your life to your sport and keep focused. Or else my friend you may as well throw in the towel.

Your thoughts: Still the same cheery charming person I see

Antonio: Well, maybe you can show me a few tricks or something to make me better

Kai: I really don't have time for this, so if you don't mind, would you please take a hike?

Antonio: I'm not going and you can't make me

Kai: What was that?

Antonio: You may be better than me right now, but there will come a day when I'm 10 times the beyblader you ever were you mark my words! Then you'll be sorry you ever talked to me like that. I'll be a champ and you'll be nothing but a worthless chump.

Despite how high you were you could have sworn on pain of death you saw Kai smile?!

Kai: You got guts Kid

Antonio: Huh?

Kai: Now I see why you get along so well with Tyson, you are both stubborn

Antonio: I don't get it

Kai: You both believe you can do anything as long as you believe enough in yourself- oooh hey that's it, it makes perfect sense

Antonio: Hmm?

Kai: Um Antonio, how would you like to beat Tyson?

You: Why that cheeky dog...this I have to see

You said as you made yourself comfortable to watch the show.

As soon as they were done Antonio went back into the shack and you saw Kai sit by the river, you then climbed down and then began to walk over to him

You: Hi there

Kai: W...where did you come from?

You: Oh don't worry...although Kai, I have to say, you hide what you do the best so well

Kai: What do you mean?

You: Noooothin...excuse me

You then went back inside and into the room where Kenny and Ray were, sadly they were both sleeping and you began talking to Dizzy seeing what they had done...and from what you saw...there were a few more improvements and you knew just what to do

You: I'll get this done in no time

So you decided to get on with it
