The last box is empty. Yoongi looks around his new room. He and Jimin just bought a small apartment together. Yoongi has finished unpacking. Jimin, however, still has all of his things to unpack. He's MIA.
Yoongi huffs. He's probably with his newest boyfriend. He shakes his head and grabs his MacBook. He lays on the couch and open it, going to Netflix. Yoongi hates how Jimin is always dating someone. He feels the need to have a boyfriend, or else he feels useless. Yoongi doesn't tell Jimin how he hates it, he just wants the younger to be happy.
Yoongi curls into his white, knitted blanket and watches a series of romcoms. Around dinner, Jimin comes home. Two hickies are blossoming on his neck. But Yoongi doesn't miss the bruise on his arms.
"Hey, Hyung," Jimin says. "Oh, you've already unpacked the living room. It looks very Yoongi."
The place is decorated with small objects. Different plants, pillows, or anything else he could find at he thought fit the calm theme. He tried to keep colors plain. Black, white, grey. But there were hidden gems; pink, blue, yellow, and green.
"I already had dinner, have you eaten?" Jimin asks. He takes off his shoes and sets them in the shoe box Yoongi set up.
"Yep," Yoongi lies. He doesn't feel hungry and he doesn't want Jimin to force feed him, like he did a few days ago.
"Good."
"How was Endy?" Yoongi asks, a little quiet.
"Endy was the last one. I'm dating Hyojon now, Hyung," Jimin says. "He's a bit older."
Yoongi frowns. "Like how old?"
Jimin shrugs. "Only twenty seven."
Yoongi's jaw drops. "Min, that's almost ten years older than you."
He shrugs again. "So? It won't matter when we are fifty and sixty. Age doesn't matter."
Yoongi sighs. "Okay." He holds out his arm. "Cuddle?"
Jimin smiles again. He joins Yoongi on the couch. He wraps his arms around the older. "So, what are we doing this summer?"
"Sleeping. Preparing for college. Staying out of trouble," Yoongi deadpans.
Jimin giggles. "No~. It's our first summer in Seoul. We are going to go swimming, go to parties, go hiking. It's going to be a very fun summer."
Yoongi buries his head in Jimin's chest. "No~ I don wanna."
"You gotta. I said so."
Yoongi stays in Jimin's arms. They have been best friends since birth. Jimin's mom and Yoongi's mom went to high school together, got pregnant around the same time, and had Yoongi and Jimin months apart. They never really fight because Jimin gives in easily, which is now a disadvantage for the boy.
Yoongi plays with Jimin's hair as they both fall asleep.

"We aren't going to do anything until your things are put away?" Yoongi says. He falls back onto Jimin's navy blue bed spread. "So if you want to go to the park, hurry up."
Jimin whines and rushes around, trying to put his things away. They've been working on the youngers room all morning. It's about noon and Yoongi is tired of helping. Jimin is ready to be done too, but Yoongi won't let him.
"Just wait five minutes!" Jimin says. He straightens his things up and changed out of his pjs. He changes into white shorts and a blue shirt. "Okay, time to go, Hyung."
Yoongi huffs. "I need sunscreen." He gets off the bed. He changes out of his bright yellow shirt into a black shirt. He knows he'll get hot, but he doesn't want to look any weaker than he already is. So black shirt, black shorts, black hat, and sunscreen. A lot of it.
The two boys leave their new apartment. They walk to the park that is near their home. It's hot on them both. They sit under a tree in the grass, trying to avoid getting a heat stroke.
"Minnie, 'm hot," Yoongi pants. His skin feels like it's burning. He might pass out. His face is pink, but paler then usual. He lays in the grass.
"Hyung, did you even eat this morning?"
Yoongi nods. "I had a sandwich."
Jimin sighs. "We need to get inside." He picks his Hyung up. The older is smaller and light so it's quite easy. He finds an ice cream parlor. Yoongi walks to a table and sits down as Jimin orders them both a cup of ice cream. Vanilla for Yoongi, strawberry for Jimin.
"Thanks," Yoongi mumbles. He slowly eats the sweet treat.
Jimin smiles. "Only the best for you!" He pats the ravenettes hair.
The eat the ice cream. Jimin talks about the area. He got to explore the neighborhood a little with his boyfriend. Yoongi just listens. He's fine with not talking, he prefers it. He just listens and comments on a few things. Laughing when it's needed.
Jimin's phone rings. He looks at it and smiles as he answers. "Hey babe.... no I'm with Yoongi Hyung.... am I busy? Uh I don't know. I'll have to ask Hyung." Jimin looks at Yoongi. "Uh, Hyojon wants me to come over. Can you make it home on your own?"
Yoongi simply nods. He is used to Jimin ditching him for his boyfriends. He just hopes the boy is safe and cautious. Jimin says a few things and leaves.
Yoongi looks at his ice cream. It's half empty. He throws the rest away. He goes out of the parlor and tries to block the sun from his face. He walks down the pavement to his apartment building. He enjoyed the outing, it was refreshing. But he's glad to be back inside. He goes up to his room. He turns on a candle burner and puts a summer candle on it. It smells like the sea. He changes into comfier clothes. He's glad Jimin is out having fun. He likes staying home and he doesn't mind being alone. It's calmer and he enjoys silence. He curls up in his bed. He has a soft sound of a piano playing on his phone. It soothes him to sleep.
