Yoongi shuffled around the kitchen in his red and black pjs. He has soft socks on his feet, catching the dust on the floor. He has the whole kitchen being used. He knows how to cook. So, he's making breakfast.
He was woken up by Jimin coming home late. He younger didn't pay mind to anyone sleeping, he was slamming door and stomping around loudly. Yoongi wasn't able to fall back asleep. He read until the sun came up.
Yoongi check on the bacon and biscuits he has baking in the oven, they are good and still cooking. He is cooking eggs on the stove top. Jimin likes them mostly cooked with little liquid yolk. Yoongi doesn't like eggs.
He hears a door open. Yoongi looks up from the stove. Jimin has circles under his eyes. He sees his Hyung and puts a smile on. "Good morning, Yoongi Hyung!" Jimin chirps.
"Morning."
"You made breakfast?" Jimin asks. Yoongi nods. Jimin starts cleaning up the table, which doesn't need cleaning. He just straightens it and puts plates and silverware done. Yoongi finishes with Jimin's eggs and sets them on the table. The biscuits and bacon gets down too and he puts them on plates before setting them on the table.
Jimin sits across from him. He gives compliments about how the food tastes as he eats it. Yoongi eats a biscuit and a few pieces of bacon. It's greasy food. He'll need to clean up very good so the new apartment doesn't smell like fat.
"Hyung, I'm going to go swimming today. Would you like to come?" Jimin asks.
Yoongi shakes his head.
"Aw, why not?"
He shrugs. "It's hot. Plus, you know I don't feel comfortable around a lot of people in that type of setting."
Jimin sighs. "I know, but you can't just hide your whole life. What are you going to do when I can't be there for you?"
Yoongi shrugs again.
"I think you should come. I won't even make you get in the pool. You can just sit under some shade and enjoy fresh air."
Yoongi bites his biscuit. "Minnie, please don't make me," Yoongi says.
Jimin smiles softly. "Okay, Thank you for putting your foot down." Yoongi nods. He finishes eating. "I'll wash the dishes if you put left over away."
Yoongi nods. He puts the food in ziplock bags. Jimin washes all the dishes. He hums happily and sways his hips. Yoongi watches happily. He's glad his friend can be care free at home. He doesn't know what battles he has. But Yoongi hopes he's happy.
"So what are you going to do all day?" Jimin asks. He sets the clean dishes in the drying rack.
"I'll probably stay home and read. I saw a book shop on my way home yesterday. I think I'll check that place out."
Jimin smiles. "Good. Maybe you could find some new books for your never ending collection." He laces his fingers with Yoongi's. "Just be safe. You don't know the area yet. I don't want you getting hurt."
Yoongi smiles and looks at their hands. He loves holding hands. "I will. You should too. You are most trusting than I am. Don't get hurt."
Jimin squeezes his hand before letting go. "I'll buy dinner tonight. Don't you dare eating before I get home. I don't want any of that 'I already ate' bs. Okay?"
Yoongi nods. "I won't."
Jimin disappears into his room. Yoongi does the same. He lays on his bed, he's able to catch a few hours of sleep before he gets up. He wears black jeans and a hoodie. He walks down to the book store.
The bell rings as he enters. Someone shouts a greeting from the counter. Yoongi slowly takes in the store. It smells like books. He loves it so much. It's dimly lit. Books line the store. He walks to the front. There's a boy sitting on the counter, and one behind the counter.
"Welcome to Kim's Book Store, I'm Namjoon," the boy behind the counter smiles. His dimples poke out. "How can I help you?"
"Uh, do you have any piano books?" Yoongi asks. He becomes shy under the gaze of the two bigger males.
Namjoon gives him a friendly smile. "We do. Jungkook, why don't you make yourself useful?"
The boy on the counter nods and hops down. "Follow me." Yoongi follows the taller boy. He brings Yoongi to a corner of the store. There's a bunch of books over music, and even a old piano in the corner.
"Thank you," Yoongi says.
"Anything else you need?" Jungkook asks.
"Can I play the piano?" Yoongi asks. He's already being drawn to it. The only piano he has at his house is a keyboard. It sounds nothing like actual pianos. He misses his piano back in Daegu.
Jungkook watches Yoongi touch the piano softly, like it'll be scared away. "Sure, just be careful. It's Namjoon's grandfathers."
Yoongi nods. Jungkook leaves the short boy, going back to the counter. "When are you done with your shift?"
Namjoon scoffs. "In a few hours. Why don't you go back to work, or else I'll make you work around here. I'm sure Seokjin or Hoseok could use your help. If you want to be paid you have to actually work, kid. That's how it works."
Jungkook groans. "I don't wanna go back there. Taehyung went to the pool and I'm sure he's catching some hot babe. All I catch at the tattoo place is old guys checking out Jin."
Namjoon sighs, pushing his glasses but more. "Well, my shift there is right after this one. I'll be over as soon as I'm done."
"Close up early."
"My dad would kill me for doing that."
"Make Taehyung come work. Why doesn't he work here?"
Namjoon smiles. "Dad doesn't find him responsible enough. Now leave, you're distracting me."
Jungkook groans and leaves. Namjoon goes back to sorting books. He puts them in piles so he can reshelf them later. He fans himself with his shirt. Wearing shorts and a T-shirt isn't enough to keep him cool. It sucks even more that the book store doesn't have air con.
He hears a soft sounds of a piano. He smiles slightly. Namjoon continues to stack books. He takes the piles and puts them on the shelves they belong. It only takes about thirty minutes, but it gets done. He goes back to the counter, the short boy from earlier comes up.
"Excuse me?" He asks softly. "Could I tune the piano?"
Namjoon looks down at him. "Uh, I'll have to watch you, just so I know you aren't stealing anything."
Yoongi nods. They walk over to the piano together. Namjoon sits on a chair a few feet away. Yoongi gets into the piano. He plays keys and fixes the cords to it. Namjoon reads a book while he does this. He barely even notices when Yoongi is done and is playing again.
Yoongi smiles. "I fixed it," he says.
Namjoon looks up from his book. "Oh, thank you." He stands. "Do you like the piano?"
Yoongi nods.
"Well, you're welcome to come and play it anytime. You are very good."
"Thank you." He bows.
"Kim Namjoon," Namjoon says, holding out his hand.
Yoongi takes it and shakes it. "Min Yoongi. Do you own this place?"
Namjoon shakes his head. "No. It's my dad's."
Yoongi nods and picks up the books he found. "Can I rent these?"
Namjoon nods. They go to the counter. He scans them. "That's 10,000."
Yoongi gives Namjoon the price. "Your dad has an incredible shop."
"I'll tell him that. It'd be nice if it had air conditioning."
Yoongi giggles and nods. He's been dying since he stepped out of his building. It's too hot to wear hoodies. "Well, it was nice meeting you." Yoongi bows.
"Yeah, come back soon. I'm sure the piano will miss you."
Yoongi smiles and leaves the store. He starts to walk back to his building.
"Yoongi!"
Yoongi turns around. Jimin is running towards him. "Hi."
Another boy, slightly taller than both of them follows Jimin. Jimin grabs onto Yoongi's hand. "Hey, you actually came out of the house?"
Yoongi nods. He looks at the brunette. His hair is wet, his skin is slightly pink. "And you went swimming."
Jimin smiles and nods. "Yeah, and I met Taehyung!" He pulls the tall boy forward.
"Hey!" Taehyung says. His voice is deep, but bubbly. "How about you come inside. You must be so hot in all that black."
Yoongi looks at Jimin, who gives him a smile and laces his fingers with his. The shorter boys follow Taehyung into a door, next to the book shop. They go inside. Yoongi recognizes it as a tattoo parlor.
There is a black haired boy at the front desk. His shoulders are broad and he has visible tattoos on his arms. Not too many. He's reading a decor magazine. He looks up and smiles. "Taehyung, you brought friends."
Taehyung smiles. "Yup! This is Jimin. And his roommate Yoongi. They just moved to Seoul."
"Nice to meet you, I'm Seokjin. My dad owns the tattoo place," he says.
"Hi!" Jimin grins. Yoongi offers a small smile. He tries to hide himself into Jimin's arm.
"Who else is here?" Taehyung asks. Moving through the black light lit place.
"Jungkook is organizing the back. He wouldn't stop bothering your brother, then he came to bother me. So I sent him to do something. Hoseok has a customer right now. I'd stay clear if there because I think she was an old hookup."
"Aw, gotcha," Taehyung says. He looks at the new comers. "So, do you guys want a tattoo?"
"No," Yoongi says quickly.
"Uh, I'd have to think of what to get. I've never really thought about it before," Jimin says.
"Look through these," Taehyung says. Jimin leaves Yoongi and takes him to the books of ideas.
Yoongi stands awkwardly. He feels himself getting dizzy. He tries to shake it off, and look at the ground.
"So, Yoongi. Taehyung said you just moved here. Are you in university?" Seokjin asks.
Yoongi looks up and nods.
"Cool, So am I. What year are you?"
"This is my first year," Yoongi says. His voice is dry.
"Ah, I'm a junior."
Yoongi nods. "And you work also?"
He shrugs. "Kinda. I'm just front desk here, and my dad pays for my tuition." He looks at the younger boy, he's turning red. "Why don't you sit down? I'll get you some water."
Yoongi nods. He walks over to the couch, and sits down. Seokjin gets him a water bottle. He sits next to him. "There, is that better?" He asks. Yoongi takes a few sips and nods.
"Good, we don't want you to pass out from the heat. You might want to take of your hoodie," Seokjin says.
"It's okay, hyung," Yoongi says. "I think I need to sit for a while."
A door opens. Jungkook comes out of the back from. He looks at Jimin and Taehyung, then stares at Jimin. "Hyung, I'm done," Jungkook says.
Jimin turns around and looks at Jungkook. The taller boy smirks and winks. Jimin blushes and goes back to looking at the picture with Taehyung.
Seokjin sighs. "Okay, well, are you going to stay quiet?"
"Sure." He walks over to the couch. "Hey, you were at the book store."
Yoongi nods, and bows his head. "Hello."
Jungkook laughs. "Don't be so formal. Are you getting anything done?"
Yoongi shakes his head. "No."
"Alright. I'm going to check up on Hoseok Hyung. I think he's getting his dick sucked."
Yoongi looks at his hands. Seokjin scolds Jungkook for his vulgar language. Before he can get to the door where he was going, it opens and a petite girls comes out.
"Fuck off Jung, that's not what I meant!" She yells.
All eyes are on her and the brown haired boy that comes out.
"Bull shit. You mean getting on your knees and saying you want to give me head isn't an invitation to take it out?" The boy yells back.
She raise her hand. Jungkook grabs it quickly and pulls it down. "Slow down there beautiful. Lets not result to violence. Let's get you into the back room and Taehyung can finish you up, huh?" His voice is deep and chilling. Jimin finds himself staring at the taller boy.
The girl nods. Taehyung leaves Jimin and takes the girl back into the room. The brown haired boy groans. He looks at the raven haired boy in the couch and smirks. Small and innocent eyes looking at him. He's painfully hard and horny, he could care less of who it is. He is looking for a way to relieve it.
"What'd you do?" Seokjin says. "Are you trying to get fired?"
Hoseok groans. "She literally asked to suck my cock. How is she going to do that unless I take it out?"
"God, you whore," Seokjin scoffs. "Maybe you could say no and actually do your job."
Hoseok rolls his eyes. He sits on the couch. Yoongi crosses his legs and tries to make himself smaller and farther from the new person. Hoseok licks his lips. "Are you a costumer?"
Yoongi shakes his head. Seokjin says, "His friend is looking at tattoos."
They all look at Jimin and Jungkook. The slightly older boy is already hitting on him. Jimin is eating it up and giggling. Jin sighs, almost all of his friends are like this. He's lucky to have Namjoon, someone who is loyal.
"Jeez Kook," Hoseok says. "He's already up the kids ass."
Jin scowls. "Jung, language."
Hoseok smirks. He looks at the boy in black. "And Who are you?"
"Yoongi," He says.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Hoseok."
