Slight foreshadowing in this chapter.

"Blondie... Don't." I tried, looking up at Blondie while I made sure a majority of my hickies and bruises were covered up with the robe he had brought me.
"No. I'd like to know what these two have decided to say behind my back. I have ears around every corner in this house. If you don't tell me, I can just ask my workers to come and tell me what you've said. It's your choice." Blondie dared, still staring at Kirstie and Kevin who had fear filled in their eyes.
"Scott, I'm serious. Cut it out, you're scaring them." I raised my voice as I looked up at Blondie with furrowed brows and placed my hands against his chest. Blondie looked down at me with an arched eyebrow and he glanced at Kirstie and Kevin before looking back at me.
"Fine. I'll be leaving you three here but don't think I'm not listening." Blondie said before disappearing into thin air, possibly down to arrange any humans who have been brought down. I let a heavy sigh escape my lips.
"Mitch, you can't stay here, it's not safe and it's not healthy," Kevin said, walking across the counter and grabbing my hand. I pulled my hand from his grasp and shook my head.
"Kevin, I'm fine where I am. It's even better than being out there. The human world I mean."
"You mean Earth? That guy is corrupting your mind, Mitch! He'll kill you!" Kirstie snapped.
"You wouldn't understand, Kirstie. I only have so many responsibilities down here and it's wonderful. I love it here. I actually have someone to love me and take care of me as I've always wanted. Maybe you wouldn't know what that feels like." I snapped back, grabbing the plate of crêpes I had already rolled and made my way out of the kitchen and towards the ballroom.
Once I stepped into the ballroom, the floor fell in front of my feet and the staircase appeared. I walked down it and went down the hallways, the two guards in front of the large doors as expected. The guards got down on one knee and lowered their head towards me before opening the doors and letting me inside.
I went over to the throne where Blondie sat and crawled onto his lap, his eyes snapping from a small portal where he was watching Kirstie and Kevin. They seemed to be making their way out of the mansion. Blondie looked at me and swiped his hand, the portal disappearing and he pointed all his attention towards me.
I smiled at him and grabbed one of the crêpes, holding it out towards Blondie. He grabbed the end of it and held it up as he bit into it.
"That's great. Try it." He spoke. I did as he said and a small moan escaped my mouth. He chuckled and rubbed my back.

"Don't worry. They won't survive a day out there. They can go as far as they like, but trust me, they won't make it far. I'll send some guards to keep track of them." Blondie said, staring at the portal that watched Kirstie and Kevin as they tried to blend in through the town below the castle.
Blondie used two fingers to motion two guards to walk to us. He showed the portal to them and the two disappeared, hopefully, to watch over Kirstie and Kevin. Blondie swiped the portal away and went back to kissing along my jaw.
"You're not going to try and leave with them right?" Blondie questioned, running his hands under my robe and rubbing my thighs where more hickies laid.
"Of course not. I love it here." I replied.
"But do you love me?"
