Y/N looked at herself in the mirror. Nothing. Nothing stood out to her. Not what Jason sees. Not what her parents see. Not what anybody sees. Nothing was there. What would happen if she ended it? Would everything just stop? Would she move on? She's not even worth anything right? No. Not to her. She couldn't help it. The thoughts just come and go and sometimes they stay. She asked herself a lot of stuff lately.

Would they even miss me?

Would I see my life flash before my eyes?

How fast could I leave?

Do I even matter?

Y/N glanced at the shelf to see a single razor blade. I could just end it, she thought. No one would miss me right?

"Y/N! You're gonna be late for work!" Jason yelled from the kitchen. You snapped out of your thoughts and wiped your face down with a damp washcloth. You took a deep breath and straightened your shirt.

"I'm coming!" You yelled back. He doesn't know. He doesn't need to know.

You kissed Jason on the cheek on the way out and said your 'I love you' before you shut the door behind you. One of your last ones.

"Taxi!" You shouted. A man pulled his car over and let you get in. "Wayne enterprises, please," You said. The man nodded and drove off.

What if you just stood in front of a car? That would solve something, right? Would it even kill you? One could only hope.

"Ma'am, we're here," the man said. You pulled out a fifty dollar bill.

"Thank you, sir," you said quietly. He took the money with a hesitant look on his face. "Keep the change." You plastered on a fake smile as you began your walk through the building on your way up to your office on the fifteenth floor. "Good afternoon, Winston," you greeted the doorman. Winston sent you a wave and a head nod before watching you walk away.

"Oh my lord," you sighed. You plopped yourself onto your swivel chair. "It's gonna be a long night," you whispered to yourself. No work to do. Not a paper needing to be revised. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Jason's POV

"We got a 10-56A at Wayne Enterprises," the scanner said. I looked at Dick. He looked just as worried as I did.

"Y/N..." he said, his voice barely a whisper. "Grab your coat, you're coming with me."

It's not like I didn't know something was wrong with her. She's my wife, I'm gonna know when something is off. I just hope that I'm wrong in this situation. I've noticed some things about her lately. Things that I had always hoped I would never see in the person I love most. She grew distant, quieter, sometimes she wouldn't even look up at me when I went home. She hasn't been herself and I'm gonna do something about it.

"Where is the civilian?" Dick asked as we got out of his cruiser.

"She's up there, on the fifteenth floor. Sitting on the railing," Gordon replied. I felt my heart just fall and shatter.

"No," I whispered. I could feel my eyes tear up quickly as I realized that my assumption was correct. "I gotta get up there," I stated.

"They've locked down the building, we can't get in without authority, Jason," Dick said strictly.
