"I still think this mission is a horrible idea," Dick announced. The Justice League all sparked glances with each other before settling their eyes on you and Jason.
"What do you two think about it?" Your father asked. Truth is, you didn't want this mission to happen in the first place. It was a recipe for disaster. You didn't want to risk Jason's or your lives. It was too much to lose for the both of you. Of course no one knew about yours and his little arrangement, if they did then you would be breaking the code. The code which entails that no being shall have any romantic relations with another teammate for it could result in biased judgement during a mission. Your dads definitely didn't know about it. If they knew that you and Jason were dating, it would rock the entire boat and just tip on over, with only a few survivors.
The mission they wanted to happen was one where you and Jason had to pose as a newlywed couple. Which would hopefully get the both of you close enough to the drug cartel in Hawaii. The plan was to get you and Jason to infiltrate the business by finding a small town dealer and hopefully get him to fess up about the location of his boss.
"Honestly?" You asked.
"It'll be fine," Jason stated. You sent a glare his way before he spoke another word.
"As long as we have enough coverage for when the time comes. I think we'll be alright," You hesitantly admitted. Your dad nodded and looked at Bruce. Yes you knew who Batman was. Jason told you on accident one time.
"Well, let's get you guys packed up and off to Hawaii. Do you guys need any prep time before you get shipped off?" Diana asked. You shook your head no, the same as Jason. "Okay, we shall let you two get ready before we bid ur goodbyes."

"These ear pieces are water proof and break proof. We should be able to hear everything that's going on for when you get there and you should hear us," Tim said as he placed the pieces in our ears. "Got it?"
"Yeah, we got it. Where exactly are we supposed to be again?" Jason asked as he looked you up and down as you stood there in your red dress.
"You're gonna try and get close to the leader, but I'm pretty sure that Y/N is gonna have to do that part," Dick answered.
"What?" Jason asked,his attention now on Dick. "I don't think so. She's not going in there alone."
"I'm not, you're gonna be there, don't worry, Jaybird," you interrupted. "We got this, okay?" You said as you set a hand on his shoulder. Jason took one glance at you and knew he was gonna be okay.
He nodded. "Okay, let's go."

"I still don't think this mission is a good idea," Jason stated as you both walked into the gala, Jason's hand set just above your butt.
"Make sure the boss sees Y/N," Batman's voice came through the ear pieces.
"Got it," you answered. Jason glanced down at you, silently telling you that he loved you. You returned the look and started to inch closer and closer to the boss with Jason close behind. You swayed your hips more than normal as you strutted your way up the small amount of stairs to Kavinci. Neil Kavinci the mob boss who was dealing drugs to anyone who would buy them. You definitely caught his eye as you had pushed out your chest, the dress helping you a bit.
"Hold it," the security guard said as he held out his arm.
"I'm here to see Mr. Kavinci," you said sweetly. Kavinci took one look at you and knew something was up, he was a smart man, just not too smart. He pulled out a gun and pointed it straight at you.
"Y/N! Get down!" Jason yelled. Everyone around you had seemed to have stopped in time and the only things that were moving were the trigger once Kavinci had pulled it and then the bullet as it came straight towards you. You turned your head to see Jason rushing towards you. You didn't understand why until you realized that the bullet was in you. "Y/N! No!" Jason reached into his jacket and pulled out his own gun. Kavinci soon was laying on the ground in a puddle of his own blood.

"You can't just pull something like that, Jason!" Bruce and Arthur scolded.
"What was I supposed to do? Let the love of my life just get shot and then let the guy get away? I don't think so!" Jason stressed. You lay in a hospital-like bed, Alfred stitching up your left shoulder.
"Your what?" Your father asked, his voice low and threatening.
"The love of my life. Yeah, that's right, I've been dating Y/N for about a year now and I'm not gonna stand around and listen to you guys scold me for trying to protect her!" Jason argued once more.
Your father was taken back by Jason's words and a sudden smile graced his lips.
"Are you gonna kill me?" Jason asked as he realized the intensity of the scene he was in.
"No," your father laughed. "If anything I'd let you propose to Y/N for just telling me that." Jason felt as if there was a huge weight lifted off of his shoulders.
