(Tord's POV)
Edd, Matt, and I wait for Tom after school, behind the building. We all rustle our feathers anxiously, knowing that we could potentially be a target for a could-be murderer. It has been precisely 5 minutes since the final bell rang and Tom hasn't arrived yet.
"What if he was lying?" Edd asks, breaking the silence- well, almost silence. Matt and I couldn't answer. My words were stuck in my throat and Matt, most likely, just didn't have anything to say.
"What if- what if he got expelled for a stupid reason, and he just didn't want to admit it?" Edd asks with a small laugh.
"Heya there," we all hear a familiar British voice call us from behind. Turning around, I notice that he's holding a few newspapers while keeping his other hand in his pocket.
"Didn't think you guys would actually show up." He comments as he walks forward.
"Here." He hands us all a newspaper each. Different publishers, same story.
Winged boy assaults fellow student!
Boy with wings expelled for violence?!
All of them had blurry photos taken of a guy in motion, being held back from another injured boy.

Aand...I can't think of any way to end this. yeayea, I'm a disappointment I know. Someone else can continue this if they'd like. Just credit me.
also Tom's wings are:
half blue on top
and half black on the bottom/tips.
