Storm's P.O.V.
I watched guility as a boy punched another boy who looked like he was crying, in the back. He immediately collapsed, with the boy who punched him sneering and leering. He punched the boy a few more times, for good measure, before finally stopping.
I knew I should do something about it, but honestly the boy scared me. He was big and hulking, like a human version of Godzilla. And I had a sneaking feeling that he wouldn't be afraid to hurt a girl.
As soon as King Kong walked away, I shook the boy quickly, trying to wake him up, before Mr. Loud and Proud (I'm good at these nicknames, aren't I?) noticed me.
"Hey, dude, ya alright? Get up, this isn't a place where you want to show weakness..."
It was kinda hypocritical of me, since I was too weak to do anything about Donkey Kong over there. To be honest, that was the reason my parents sent me here. They thought I had an unnatural case of anthrophobia, which was apparently the fear of humans. So when this random guy knocked on our door, and offered us "a chance to find out how your child's brain ticks alongside other kids," Mom and Dad took up the offer faster than I could stutter when a guy attempts to flirt with me...
The boy groaned, snapping me back to reality.
"Yeah, someone apparently hit me in the back with a baseball bat. Everything's jolly..."
"It was just a few punches," I said, rolling my eyes. "Anyhow, my name's Storm."
"Todd...hey, do you know how to get some food here? I've been stuck in this empty room for like three days, and my stomach is trying to eat itself."
I laughed. Talking to Todd was easy, not like other kids I know.
"C'mon Todd, if you want some grub around here, you've got to stir up some drama...!"
