Street or Swag?

Part 24 A snowy Christmas

Weeks went by and snow had fallen when Jasmine was finally checked out of the hospital, her hair was slowly growing but none of them cared as the punks picked her up and brought her home, Rebel opened the door as Swift carried Jas to the couch which M.C made sure was comfy for her while Ghost got her some blankets to keep warm with, Rebel then went to the kitchen to prepare a few things for everyone to enjoy together as Jas began to drift to sleep for a bit making them all smile to her as they made sure she was alright with everything.

Jas woke up about an hour later with Ghost watching over her, she smiled as she saw the time was an hour after she decided to sleep "Morning, did you sleep well?" Swift asked making her nod to him "You slept the whole day and night so it would make sense that you feel better" he continued as her eyes widen, she slept through Christmas!? She felt bad for missing that but she noticed how there were a bunch of presents under the tree making her wonder why they were still there making her turn to them "It wouldn't have been fair to have us open our gifts while your sleeping, so we waited until you would wake up" M.C explained making Jas smile to them kindly to there actions.

She was placed in a sitting position as Rebel handed her a mug of hot chocolat, Ghost then went and placed a blanket over her shoulders making Jas smile and thank him as M.C began picking out presents for everyone to open first, they all had fun opening the gifts together and simply having fun together by playing video games or relaxing together "We should start preparing dinner" Rebel stated making his brother's nod as M.C stayed beside Jas as the two were playing a video game right now and were so focused that food was the least of there problems at the moment.

"Will she be alright?" Swift asked as he helped Rebel prepare the meal while Ghost got some hot chocolat ready for them to enjoy, they were all still worried because Shinigami wasn't the one who sent Jasmine the mean texts "She needs to rest a bit more before going back to school, so for now she needs to stay here" he explained making Swift nod as Ghost brought three mugs towards the couch where Jas sipped on her own drink as she watched M.C playing the game on his own now making her smile as Ghost moved to slowly wrap his arms around her so she could keep warm for a bit longer which made her smile to him as the other two came over with some food for them to enjoy together as they would play video games together.

Jas was having the time of her life the whole time, they all ended up sleeping and the next morning Jas woke to food close to her with a note from the guys saying that they needed to all go somewhere and that they would be back soon, she smiled and began to eat slowly as her phone vibrated from a text making her wonder who it was from... The guys had gone to the mall with there huge sale on everything since Christmas had passed, they wanted to buy a few things for Jas while being there for a part of the day "Hey guys!" they turned to see Tiffany and her sisters walking towards them.

"We saw you four and thought of coming to say hello" Angela explained making Swift nod in understanding, it had been a while since the last time they all spoke "How is Jas anyway?" Veronica asked slightly worried for her friend "She's doing better now... She should be resting at home for now but I think she would like it if you came over" M.C said making Kathleen smile of joy as the eight then went back to looking around the stores to shop while thinking about Jas at the same time to see if she would like something they would see, the Hamato's however were watching them, Mikey was stuck at home so he asked his brother's if they could buy for him a few things with the promise of paying them all back.

"Should we follow them and buy something for Jas?" Raph asked as Leo shakes his head "Then when she get's it one of them will remember to have seen it" he replied making Raph sigh as Donnie watched them enter a book store, the memories of Jas reading a novel during her free time made him go in and look around at what they had in store right now and wonder on the ones Jasmine would enjoy the most, he noticed Swift watching him and faintly pointing to a book "She wanted to start reading these ones, pocket size is the original" he said faintly and then quickly walked away making Donnie look before doing a minor research on something very important.

Once they were certain to have gotten everything they had wanted and or needed, it was time to head home and with the girls coming too so to help Jas with her hair they began to get going together until Veronica saw something she claimed to need right now for Jas "It's a life or death situation to me!!" she had claimed making them laugh when she came out with six bags from the shop she went into while refusing to show them what she bought, as they walked Kathleen wondered how Jas was doing after what happened... Was she still worried? And what about those threats she got some time back? Was that still happening? All these questions and more swam into her head as they got inside... And Jasmine wasn't there, but only her phone... With the screen on to a text from the threat person... Claiming her to be a monster... With a picture of her with features of a dragon on her face.
