A/N: Hey loves! This is officially the last chapter of Photograph! I really hope you guys enjoy it!💘💗💕
Everything was set in place. Archie had followed along with the plan, making the rest easy. It was finally time to give him what he deserves, but he never saw it coming."Archie! I'm glad you could make it." I opened the door wider, allowing him to step into the Cooper home.
He gave me a smile, but underneath was an obvious smirk. I just couldn't wait to rip it off of his face once he's behind bars.
"What's all this for?" Archie asks, taking a seat on the couch as I got him a drink. "What do you mean?"
"I mean..." He gets up, inching closer towards my body. "Why are you being so sexy?" I felt his hands glide up the sides of my waist as I stared up into his eyes.
"Hey!" My hands harshly grabbed his, pushing them away from me. "I'm in control now, okay?"
A chuckle came from him as he walked away from me. Eventually, I walked over with the glass, handing the drugged liquid to him carefully.
He took a sip of the drink, looking up at me. "You sure you wanna do this? Isn't your mom gonna be home soon or-"
"Relax Arch...and if it's really bugging you so badly, my mom won't be home until way later tonight." I told him truthfully, staring deep into his eyes.
I glanced up real quick to see Jughead around the front door. Giving me a small signal, I knew his part of the job was done. All I needed was to keep Archie distracted, making sure he didn't ruin nor find out anything that we were doing.
"That's a big risk Cooper, I'm out." Archie replied, getting up from the couch, only to be harshly pushed back down.
"I brought you in here for a reason Andrews! If you don't cooperate-"
"Then what?! It'll be easy to knock your ass out again like last time." He reminded me clearly, making my skin crawl as I thought about it.
Before I knew it, my hand met with his face again. He went down for a moment, but came back up for air as I went down to the floor. This time, I wasn't going to let Archie win. I didn't go through all of this just to travel back to what I've done before.
"Give it up Bets, you're not gonna win this battle. It's sad that I have to show you once again." Archie laughed while looking down at me.
I put up two fingers, smirking up at him. "Not this time you piece of shit."
"Put your hands up Andrews! It's about time you've been punished for your disgusting acts." Veronica came out to say while Kevin follows behind her.
"The cops are about 2 seconds away, there's no time for you to run." Kevin told him, crossing his arms over his chest.
"B, are you okay?" Veronica hurriedly came over to me, helping me up as I gave her a small nod.
"I'm fine V, thank you for everything." I wrapped my arms around her tightly, happy that the plan worked out properly.
"Hey, I helped too!" He told us, making V and I laugh.
"Where's Jug?" I asked, getting out of Veronica's arms. Kevin glanced over at the front door, seeing Jughead and a few policemen come into the house.
"Jug!" I ran quickly towards him, his arms embracing me tight, but gently. "I'm glad you're safe from that idiot." He whispered into my ear softly as I pressed against his chest. His lips was soon placed onto my forehead. "Me too...I'm just happy that you're here." I felt his warm smile, knowing that if he saw mine it'd be even brighter.
A couple of men past the two of us with Archie, gripping him tightly as they walked by. "This won't be the last of me Cooper!" He shouted at me, earning a small fight from the two men as they screamed words at him.
A sigh of relief escaped my lips as Veronica and Kevin came over to Jughead and I. "It's all over now Betty." Veronica told her with a smile. "Now can we go to Pop's? I'm hungry as hell." Kevin received a few laughs from all of us.
"Definitely. Burgers on Jughead!" I yelled, smirking at him as I made my way upstairs to grab my jacket. He rolled his eyes at me, but I knew he loved me anyways.
The gang headed out the door, waiting for me outside. As I went up to my room, I grabbed my jacket but saw my window cracked open.
I peered out the glass, seeing Archie's room across from mine. His curtains closed of course, but memories flooded my mind as I gazed what was across from my window.
Instead, I focused my mind on what was at the bottom. I saw all three of my friends who helped me defeat Archie, who were there for me throughout everything. I know they'd do anything for me!
The one time I wasn't prepared, the time I didn't focus on the future and what was coming for me...it was the time when my life turned into an ultimate rollercoaster. Of course it had its ups and downs, but at the end, I made my way through.
Who knew that if I just took one moment to focus on the present, one moment without the future on my mind, everything would happen with just one photograph.
