Assassin's Creed Orgins; Bayek + Oc of Mine
“Why did it have to be Aya!?” I snapped, as I tighten the bandage around my arm. “Elyza, please calm down.” Bayek stated, as he strides over to my side. “Are you seriously going to tell me to calm down. Your wife is dead!” I snapped. “If anything, I’m the one who should keep you from killing and here we are. You are calm as the night sky and I'm a raging sandstorm.” Said I, clearly not understanding why such man wouldn’t be so bloodlusted for someone murdering their beloved wife. “There is a time and place for revenge. It is not time for it now. While, yes, I would like to kill the neket for what he has done, I cannot kill him just yet.” Bayek responded, as he reached out to arm. “Why is that? The man has killed your son and now your wife. His soldiers took Siwa and made it a living hell hole for those that live there.” I snapped back. The man shook his head, clearly not wanting to talk to me about what is going through his mind. No matter, I must pester him for anyways. “Tell me, Bayek, why shall anyone spare him and his army for what they have done?” I hissed. The words made the Siwan clenched his jaw. I know I struck it hard by pushing him. “Tell me!” I snapped. “Because if we strike now, we won't know what Ceasar is going to do next!” The medjay lashed back at me. I narrowed my eyes at him, before let out a sigh. “Whatever, do as you please. In the end, I’ll watch their blood flow into the river and their bodies burn. Their la shall not be spared either.” I replied. “Elyza, you cann-" “Do not tell me what I can and cannot do. I no longer go by your creed or whatever you and Aya have created. My la has been stained and I shall dirty it even more.” I interrupted him. I finished my wound, before I stood up and walk away, leaving my only friend left in this hungry land. Leaving the home Bayek has for the night, I let out a long whistle, hearing several gallons from my left. I was greeted by the sight of a horse, a majestic one. I named her Naku. “Hello, love.” I murmured, brushing her mane for a moment, before I climbed onto her back. I snapped the reins, unsure where I will go. Where ever it is, I am sure it will change me. To become something better. Or so I hope.
Fate has the strangest way of changing one’s mind and body. I just hope fate will be kind and give me a good change.
3 years later - Fayium
“Please, Elyza! I didn’t mean..” “Didn't mean to kill them all? You knew giving them rotten flesh will get them sick, or worse, death!” I hissed, pointing my sword at him. “Why?” I questioned. “Money, I just..” “All for money.. All, for just some coin. I knew you Greeks see us Egyptians as rats!” I spat at him. “No! Okay, yes! I wanted your land. More I kill, more of us Greeks get!” He snapped and I clenched my jaw. “You will pay for this!” I snapped. His eyes widen in horror as I approached him. He begged, asking me to do good for my gods. But even Anubis will turn against the man. “Pray that your Ka isn't stained too much were your rejected from the field of reeds.” I muttered, taking my swords blade against his neck. I watch the man fall to the ground, before I placed my sickle sword in its rightful place. I bent down and pulled out a feather. I placed it on my head before I moved it to his. “May you be welcomed dispute your negatives.” I murmured, before I closed his eyes and stood up. I left the building, and whistle. Naku, sadly, died nearly a year back so I had to get a new one. This one’s is an all black horse with a diamond like spot on its forehead. I named him Novak. “Hello boy.” I murmured. I gave him several pats on his neck, gentle ones, before I climbed onto his back and nicked softly. He gave a whine before trotting forward.
Directing through the streets of Fayium, I let out a small hum, as Soldiers rode past me. They shouted at me, but I just ignore them. They taunt, to provoke me, and I will not give them a slightest bit of joy that they got under my skin. I stopped at a place, an empty place that has a nice view. Climbing off of Novak, I let out a sigh and yawned. I let Novak to roam around the area, munching on the food and such. Walking into the building, I was greeted by a cry of a bird. I smiled, walking towards the bird’s cry. “Hello, Kasnu.” I murmured, running my finger on the birds head. His feathers scream markings of a hawk. “Such a beauty..” I murmured. “How are you feeling, boy? Is your wing getting better?” I questioned as I started to walk around the area. I opened a chest, and pulled out several wrapped up creatures. I rip their casing open and made back to the hawk. He lifted his head and stood up, looking a lot better. He ruffled his feathers and I tossed the rat towards him, the hawk catching the rat. He swallowed it all, and gave me a joyful cry. I smiled slightly and sighed. “I’ll be upstairs, I want to stargaze.” I hummed out, walking to a corner. The corner contained a ladder which went through an opening. Climbing up the ladder, I looked up at the sky. I sat down onto the roof, my gaze flickering from one star to the next as I tried to connect the dots and make my own god.
I looked down to see several guards ride past the home and many civilians walk to their destinations. I watched one walk by, taking in detail how he was looking tired and sick. I frowned, upset about how many Egyptians are sick or tired for trying to make little money. “I will free you, Fayium.” I whispered, as I redirected my gaze to the stars once more. I let out a quiet hum, and song that my mother once sang when I was merely a walking being. “Elyza?” The voice stopped me from humming. I looked around, trying to figure out the voice. “Elyza, down here!” The voice called. I looked down at the street to be greeted by a sight of someone I knew since I was born. “Bayek?” I questioned. He gave me a grin, his hood covering his eyes. “Why, you Siwan Dog, I missed you.” I stated, getting to my feet. “Have you know, you left me. So how could meet someone you left?” Bayek asked and I shook my head, a smile on my face. “At the time, I was ticked. I wasn’t thinking clearly like you were.” I replied.
