Lark turned around and saw a cream and dark brown she-cat purring.
"Violet!" Lark mewed happily. Violet leaped down the fence and ran to Lark.
"It's good to see you!" Violet purred. Darkpaw looked confused and shocked.
"You know each other!?" She mewed.
"Violet is my sister." Lark mewed hugging Violet. Salt and Jake looked at each other.
"I'm sorry, but we must keep moving." Blackshade snorted. Wolfpaw glared at him as Flameheart sighed.
"He's right. We need to find two apprentices who went missing yesterday." Flameheart explained. Salt nodded.
"Next time we meet I want to introduce you to someone." He smiled as the clan cats said goodbye to them and continued there search for Otterpaw and Shadowpaw.

Otterpaw was walking around the abandoned fox den. She opened her mouth and was smelling the air for any signs of prey or SnowClan sent. Fox dung! I'm starving! I want to go home!
Shadowpaw appreared from the den shocked.
"She really is Redstar's mate!" He mewed surprised. Otterpaw purred as she looked around the area. Rowanheart appeared.
"Do you want some prey?" She asked. Otterpaw shook her head.
"Me and Shadowpaw can hunt alone." Otterpaw mewed. Shadowpaw nodded. Otterpaw nugged Shadowpaw as she stared at Rowanheart.
"Don't you feel lonely out here?" She mewed worried. Rowanheart flattered her ears.
"I'll admit, I do feel a little lonely out here." She sighed. That's when the wind picked up. It got stronger and stronger every second.
"Not another snowstorm!" Shadowpaw gasped as he sinked his claws deep into the frozen ground. Otterpaw flattered her ears as the wind got stronger. Rowanheart grabbed Otterpaw by the cuff. She dragged her into the den with Shadowpaw following. Otterpaw shivered as Shadowpaw made her warm. Rowanheart sighed as she sat next to the apprentice.
"It's okay. Don't be scared little ones. Everything will okay." Rowanheart said. She stared at a small cave at the distance and the snowstorm kept getting stronger.

Darkpaw and Wolfpaw were sheltering in a small cave with the others from the snowstorm. Lark scratched the stone floor, Flameheart was wandering around the cave, Whitefur was resting as Blackshade was bored. Darkpaw saw Wolfpaw staring at a den at the distance.
"We should go there and check if Otterpaw and Shadowpaw went there." Wolfpaw mewed to Flameheart. He turned and stared at the den.
"Yes, but maybe tomorrow. This snowstorm doesn't look like it will calm down today." He sighed. Darkpaw wrapped her puffy tail around her paws. Lark stared at the cats.
"We should get something to eat. Someone has to go hunt us some prey." Lark mewed. Whitefur stared at the snowstorm.
"Someone who has thick fur should go." Whitefur said. Flameheart looked around.
"Darkpaw, me and Whitefur have the thickest furs here. Wolfpaw, your fur is growing, it isn't thick enough for you to hunt properly in this snowstorm." He mewed. Wolfpaw nodded, but she was disappointed. Flameheart walked out of the cave with Darkpaw and Whitefur on his heels.

"Let's slip up." He suggested.
"It will be faster to catch prey." He mewed.
"I'll go west, Darkpaw goes east and Whitefur goes north." He said. The she-cats nodded as they went there seperate ways.

Darkpaw's ears were straight up. Listening to the area for any small squeaking sounds or prey moving in the thick snow. She then spotted movement in the snow. That's when a small mouse popped out and was scrambling away. Darkpaw started to chase after it. The mouse speed up it's running, but wasn't fast enough. Darkpaw leaped into the air and unsheathed her claws as she landed on the mouse. Darkpaw made a kill blow and then picked up the unmoving body. She flattered her ears as the wind was getting stronger. She dashed back towards the cave.

She placed her caught prey on the icy cold stone floor. Whitefur and Flamerheart came back with there caught prey. Whitefur caught a squirrel as Flameheart caught a sparrow and a mouse. Wolfpaw came up to them.
"Darkpaw, let's share your mouse." She mewed. Darkpaw nodded as Flameheart gave the mouse to Blackshade. Whitefur gave the squirrel to Lark as Whitefur shared the sparrow with Flameheart.

She finished the meal as they started to choose there spots where they will sleep. Blackshade slept at the corner. It was a dark area and it hid Blackshade very well since he had black fur. Lark and Whitefur chose a spot which was on a long, flat rock. Flameheart guarded the entrance. Darkpaw curled up, touching the icy stone wall with her back as Wolfpaw curled up next to her. Deep sleep fell on both of them in a second.
