Darry pov 

When we got back to the house I was the first one in and was looking for Dally and found him sitting on the couch "Dallas where was that church you said something about the other day?" he looked so confused until he thought about it for a second "the only one I know of is the one in Windrixville and its abandoned" "how long would it take to get there?" he sighed "I don't know nine hours if you go the speed limit but 7 if you go over the limit" I sighed in defeat we wouldn't make it there in time to stop her from leaving in the morning if she did leave "dammit...DAMMIT" I made everyone jump when I yelled. I didn't want them to see me cry so I went up to my room and made it seem like I was thinking about something so I left the door open.

Pony pov

I didn't realize Darry cared that much about Y/n at least he cared about two of his siblings he didn't like me. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Dally asked me a question "what did you say Dal?" he repeated himself "I asked if you wanted to come to the drive in with me and Johnny since Steve and Soda have plans tomorrow" I nodded and realized Johnny had walked in through the front door and he looked like he'd been crying because his eyes were all red and puffy and I knew why.

No one pov

The next day at the drive in Dallas was flirting with Cherry and ended up leaving because Johnny stood up to him. On their way home they almost got into a fight with Cherry and Marcia's boyfriends and their friends because they were walking them home. Darry ended up hitting Ponyboy because he got mad at the fact he fell asleep in the lot with Johnny. Johnny ended up killing Bob which made them go to Dally for help where he gave them a gun, Pony a dry shirt and Johnny a gun plus some money then told them to go to the church at Windrixville.

When they got there it was early in the morning and since they went in from the back they didn't see you, but when they came in they woke you up because they were so loud about getting the boards off. You decided to stay in the front where you could get out if needed but they never walked back there so you didn't worry. You didn't walk back there for an hour and when you did you seen your brother before you seen Johnny but once you seen Johnny you wondered what they were doing here sleeping and you just couldn't leave without a question answered heck you couldn't even leave your brother and to be honest you couldn't leave Johnny again. After gently patting them down so you wouldn't wake them you took both Johnny's knife and the gun he had which you found weird that JOHNNY had these things, but you were nice enough to leave the money.

You walked back to the front and sat down but got bored after thirty minuets so you started listening to music that came on randomly and you couldn't change it when the song Swing by Trace Adkins came on you didn't know the song but you liked it so you started to dance a little making up random moves as you went along, (it's the song above) you did this to every song that came on if you liked it but didn't realize how long it'd been until Pony walked to the front.

"Y/n how long have you been doing that?" suddenly his eyes got wide due to realization "Y/N!" he ran over and hugged you "Darry is worried sick you need to get a hold of him" you shook your head "only you, Johnny, and Dally are aloud to know where I'm at because I can't leave you again Pony your my brother and I've already missed so much in my family's life" he nodded in understanding.

Y/n pov

"Johnny went into town to get some food and supplies" I was quiet and Pony apologized "sorry I know you are still touchy on the situation" I shrugged "it's fine you just didn't think and that's ok" he smiled then the smile faded "at least you think so" he paused"...Darry hit me last night" my eyes went big "he did what? Why?" so he explained the story to me and I nodded when he finished.

"...So Bobs dead" he nodded "I didn't think Johnny would be able to do it" he chuckled "yeah I still can't believe it but it was self defense" just then Johnny came in and when he seen me he froze "oh uh...hi" I gave a small wave "I didn't know you were here or else I would've got more" I shrugged "it's ok I can go into town whenever I want you guys can't" he looked at me confused but he caught on when him and Pony glanced at each other "what do you do for fun around here?" I just looked at them "uh about that I haven't been here very long and I was by myself for a while so I uh I don't exactly have anything to do" I suddenly seen Pony's eyes light up and I knew he got and Idea.

"We should play truth or dare" at the exact same time as me Johnny yelled "NO" he was confused as to why we did this "look Ponyboy it's just that last time we played it ended...kinda bad" he sighed "it's not like I'm going to dare you to do anything super terrible" I sighed then nodded "ok fine we can play but only if Johnny wants to" we both looked at him and he nodded "ok Pony since it was your idea you go first" he groaned but continued "ok Johnny truth or dare?" he thought about it "truth" Pony smiled as he thought "what person do you text the most?" Johnny blinked quickly a few times "Y/n...well I used to" I stayed quiet.

"Y/n truth or dare?" I thought about it and Pony glanced from me to Johnny and back to me waiting for and answer "dare" he thought about it "lick Pony's cheek" he said it so straight faced I busted out laughing then did the dare he's my brother I don't care finally it was my turn "ok Pony truth or dare?" he smiled "dare" and I smiled right back "do a push up with one of us on your back" he stared at me like I was some psycho "who would be the lightest?" I shrugged "probably me" he tried to do the dare but failed so it went back to him.

"Y/n truth or dare?" I smirked "truth" he didn't know what to do so he gave a random one "if you had a gift of 1,000 dollars to give to someone who would it be and why?" I turned a bit pink "Johnny because he doesn't have a proper family he only has the gang" I watched Johnny blush and I smiled at him "see I don't hate you I only got mad" he smiled at me and I was happy.

I know its been a long time and I'm sorry for that so I typed a 1226 word count story part even though it does nothing but I give you a warning about what lies ahead so read at your own risk.
