November 8th

It was November 8th, i had awoken due to officers entering the station, Connor and Hank included, they seemed stressed out. The TV near my cell wasn't on that day, which was an inconvenience for me, it was distracting for other officers.

Hurriedly, two officers ushered me out my cell and gave me my Cyberlife outfit, they led me past Connor to the changing rooms. It wasn't long before i found out what was wrong. Markus, the new leader of Jericho, had infiltrated a broadcast station leaving a message requesting for the freedom of androids.

As i exited the changing rooms i saw Connor and Hank waiting near the exit. Slowly, i walked toward them, my head down low, i was a slave to them...nothing more...nothing less. We left the building and strolled to the car, while i also collected information on the incident.

Nothing major happened, why even bother?. i  thought to myself: the answer being it was our job to do so, even if technically i was just dragged into that mess. It was sad to think i  could've been at home that day, instead i was dragged around to various locations to find clues and help out. I suppose in there eyes i wasn't really a child, then again nor was i a normal android.

When Hank started the car i could see Connor look back at me threw the mirror, it wasn't unusual for me to be checked on regularly however Connor was never one to care.

"How was your rest last night Y/N?" Connor asked, obviously just to bring up conversation it wasn't like he cared it was just something his program suggested he do.

"Fine, what's it to you anyway? It's not like you genuinely care you're just listening to what your program is telling you to do. I suppose Cyberlife would also like to monitor my movement, probably because i'm obviously not manufactured there nor do they have blueprints for my design. Isn't that right Connor?" A smug smirk spread across my face. I've got him now, he has no choice but to admit it now. All he wanted to do was start up a conversation to gather more intel on me. I thought to myself.

"No, not at all Y/N. I was merely curious as to how your night was, i already know that you imitate human sleep regularly during the night until around seven in the morning. However it is intriguing, why do you still sleep if you don't need to?" He sounded genuine in his statement and his question seemed out of his own curiosity, however him knowing would mean Cyberlife did too.

"I don't feel inclined to answer your question, i'll answer any other question but that one." That was something i was going to be adamant about.

Connor seemed to think for a while, his amber LED indicated he was processing what decision best suit the situation. "Have you ever ran into an android that knows the location of a place called Jericho?" That seems oddly specific? Well i did say i'd answer.

"No i haven't, i don't know the location of Jericho. I can't help you with that."

"Do you know who broke into the broadca-"

"Alright we're here you can ask questions later, c'mon!" Hank interrupted Connor mid question, i was happy about it too. His next question i could've easily answered, but the answer i would've said would've been a lie.

We walked into the building and were immediately escorted to the elevators to the very top floor. As the elevator came to a stop Hank was the first to walk out.

"Shit....There was a party and nobody told me about it" His voice echoed in the room.

Another officer came walking up to us as i was about to trail off, however for some reason Connor grabbed my shoulder. "Stay close Y/N, something tells me you wandering off isn't such a good idea." I nodded in response. He's probably right from what i can see the CSI plus FBI are here.
