Hii everyone! My name is Claudia and I weight 178 pounds I think. I've been researching diets and such for a little while to get ready for this. I, unfortunately, can't take measurement because I lost my tape. But I can give you updates on my weight and maybe progress photos.
Current weight : 178.3 pounds (80.9 kg)
Goal weight : 130 pounds (59 kg)
Height : 5'6 (168 cm)
Age : 14It's December 27th right now but I'll be starting tomorrow! My goal is that by March 20th I'll be down 48 pounds, possibly even 50!
In the next few chapters I'll put inspiration and the foods that I'll most likely be getting and if I go out to eat I'll put "calorie safe" restaurant menu items. Of course you can always have "cheat" days but I wouldn't recommend doing it all the time!
Anyway thank you so much and I hope you come along with me on this journey!!
