Hello all! I've taken some time for myself, performed some self care and rested. And I'm finally back to do another diet! I've been running between a few diets, again feel free to comment any you'd like me to try, but I landed on trying The Zendaya diet.
I'm not quite sure if this is an official diet, but I love Zendaya and happened upon it on Twitter so decided I wanted to try!
Diet:
Vegetarian - no meat or seafood. No seafood! It's basically a lot of veggies, fruits, and just healthy foods.
I will also be doing dance workouts, thankfully I already have a playlist for this. I'll also go on walks and try my best to do regular workouts.
I'll start on Saturday since I'm celebrating my friend's birthday tomorrow. I'll get up early, as Zendaya does, and mostly skip breakfast - since all I've read says Zendaya usually doesn't eat breakfast.
I'm pretty excited to start this one! This one isn't really gonna give me drastic results since it's not that big of calorie deficit but it should kick a few pounds and make it easier for my next diet!
