I tried this "egg diet" thing and lost like 10 pounds in almost a week and I literally cheated some days!!
It's on YouTube (Versatile Vicky) and it's amazing!! It wasn't that hard, and like I said you can most likely cheat but I wouldn't recommend doing that for good results.Breakfast -
3 eggs
1 green teaLunch -
3 eggs
1 apple
1 green teaDinner -
1 cup of plain oatmeal
1 Apple
1 green teaIn between meals, you can eat:
carrots
cucumbers
sproutsan hour before bed:
1 green teaAnd I did basic workout but didn't usually workout bc I was sick
I filled up in water and diet soda most of the time but focused on water.
I started off like 180 and ended up in 160 something for only doing this about a week with a little treat sometimes. Although the plain oatmeal is kind of gross bc the lack of flavor, if you cut up an apple and put it in the oatmeal it'll help a little.
