(Just kinda continues from part one because it was gonna be one long oneshot but I decided to cut it up so yeah) (sorry for the shit name. Uni~Chan was out of ideas so yeah)
Eventually it's time for them to go get the items from the planets to create the mixture that would help lance with his adhd. Everyone agrees to split up, allowing the mission to take only one day instead of the possible three it might have before. The groups are as follows; pidge and hunk, allura and shiro, and lance and Keith. "Great I'm with mullet" lance groans dramatically upon seeing the schedule, cheeks becoming pink against his will, causing allura to roll her eyes and pidge to smirk at the obvious crush he had on the mullet-headed boy.
The teams split off and lance and Keith begin their search for the golden flower they're supposed to collect. It's a simple mission really. Look, find the flower, and get out. Or it would be if not for the abundance of other flowers with multiple not as nice effects that littered the trail too the aforementioned gold one.
Keith and lance begun on the yellow-brown path Coran had told them to follow, avoiding all other flowers on the look out for the golden one they were supposed to find. Eventually they stumbled upon a bright, gold colored flower. See now Coran hadn't told them there would be any decoy flowers so after hours of looking for the flower, tension thick, the boys were extremely relieved to see said flower.
Lance immediately went to collect the petals from said flower. him and Keith both very close to the large flower. Immediately after the needed petals were picked the flowers pollen began to shoot everywhere unexpectedly. But the flower they were looking. Both boys groaned.
"Well fuck guess we're gonna fucking die or something now right" Keith said, before looking shocked z"well I mean probably not I mean I guess so maybe possible probably not hopefully not that would suck but I mean life sucks anyways I mean what?" Lance said quickly, also looking shocked. "Oh ok so truth flower not death flower this is gonna suck cause honestly I'm gonna talk your ear off like I don't even know what I'm thinking half the time like honestly my brain is just like doing stuff and oh my god I need to shut up, wait is that one of the deadly flowers or is it that one? That one looks like a flower from earth but I think it's the knockout flower coran told us to stay away from and those are tentecals oh my god ew there like slimy what and wait we're moving that's a thing. Oh shit I'm aware of my breathing brain fuck you"
klance said this all loudly while keith was muttering his own thoughts next to him. "Fûck it would be so cool if there was an alternative universe where I was a water bender. Keith you'd be a fire bender, pidge would probably be an earth bender, and fuck wait we don't have enough elements nevermind. Sorry I'm so loud I can't really control it and if I'm annoying as hell im sorry I wish I could mutter like you but it's hard and..." Keith's cut lance off unintentionally "lance you adorable walnut stap saying sorry you have no reason to it's not your fault" lance blushed
"I mean I was the one to go up to the flower so it kinda was and I mean I gues idk but like I'm so so so sorry but you just told me to stop saying sorry..., sorry,...I mean uh-sorry..., uh-oh, shit I mean..-sorry for- no wait. Ugh nevermind. Fuck this anyways. Fucking whole things messed up. God why do you hate me?! Fucking forcing truth serum on me while I'm standing directly next to my crush" lances covered his mouth in shock, eyes wide
"holy mother of fuck if you just said you have a crush on me I swear I will kiss you so hard" Keith too covered his mouth, blush on his cheeks. Eventually he decided "screw it" he said after some muffled mumbling, he grabbed lance who had moved his hand and kissed him, hard. The boys kissed passionately for more than a couple seconds before pulling away, faces red. Immediately the boys realized they weren't speaking their thoughts anymore and sighed in relief. Keith turned to lance "so uhm...that..happened" he said awkwardly, face painted a bright red.
