Dear Calum,
Recently, I've been going to our library and reading lots of novels and I came across one called The Pilgrimage by Paulo Coelho. I discovered this book when I completed The Alchemist and saw that he wrote more books. There was one distinctive quote in the book that kept nagging at the back of my head.
"But this was difficult because you were a prisoner of the past."
In a way we can both relate to this quote somehow, but I believe you've escaped the past while I'm dwelling on it.
I thought I should write you a short letter before I indulge in more novels.
