"Shut up, Fred!" Roger whisper yelled over to Freddie across from him in the restaurant booth. Freddie was trying to hook up Roger with the "hot" waitress that just strode by, that was also happening to be their server. She had tightly curled bangs and a ponytail, along with a tight shirt and short shorts. Of course, Roger was particularly and obviously attracted to the woman, but he tried to be cool without Freddie teasing him right in front of her. "C'mon. I can help you out, darling!" Freddie teased again.
Deaky only giggled, covering his face while looking down at his soup, pretending that he wasn't. Roger looked over to Brian sitting beside him just to see if he was laughing along with his other friends. Brian noticed he was looking at him so he quickly wiped the wide smirk off of his face and cleared his throat, "Guys. Let's just let Roger figure out his own flirting technique."
Roger found himself in so much relief that he almost yelled when he said, "Finally! thank you!"
Just then, the slim and attractive waitress finally comes back holding Roger's late meal. And of course, Roger's food wasn't the only meal he was staring at.
"Sorry for the inconvenience with your food." The woman apologizes diligently, setting Roger's baked potato in front of him. Roger put on a sneaky grin, obviously trying to be somehow cute, he thought he was, to say the least. "It's fine. Someone like you doesn't have to apologize."
And let the flirting begin.
Deaky snickered and looked down again, covering his face. Roger glared back at him for a second before looking back at the woman with the toothy smile again. She had a confuzzled look. "Um. thanks?"
"So, what's your name?" Roger manages. He glanced at Freddie who has on a huge grin, just creepily staring at the woman. She looked at all four men with narrowed suspicious eyebrows. "My name is Kimberly and I am NOT a sex toy!" Kimberly stormed off into the kitchen. All three men at this point aside from Roger with a shocked look, burst out laughing. Roger got fed up and embarrassed, according to his red face that was pretty much as red as a tomato, and slammed his hands down onto the table. The boys continued laughing hysterically, so Roger stomped out of the restaurant mumbling many cuss words such as "wanker", or, "fucking-"
This is one of the first times Roger didn't get his way with a woman. They are all usually the ones to drool over him. That was new to him.
Roger paced back and forth by Brian's car in the parking lot, not looking forward to going inside anytime soon. The waitress is probably calling the police for all he knows! And if he walked back in the boys, especially Freddie, will all make fun of him even more. How humiliating. That would be the last thing he wanted.
"Rog!" A voice yelled from the distance.
Roger stopped in mid tracks and stared in the distance in the dark moonlight. Brian was walking quickly towards him.
"Bri?"
Roger tucked in his bottom lip preparing to get made fun of by his good friend. Once Brian finally reached him, he immitatley asked if he was ok. Roger was almost shocked because he was pretty sure Brian was laughing as well.
"I'm good, Mate. Why would you care?"
Brian snickered as if Roger didn't know, "Because you're my friend?"
Of course, Brian had to be playing at this point. Why wouldn't he be sarcastic? Why would he feel bad for him about failing at flirting with a chic?
"So are they." Roger pointed his thumb to the restaurant, referring to Freddie and John, his great friends and bandmates.
Brian ignored Roger's last statement. "You shouldn't worry about her, bud. It's obvious she doesn't know about our music somehow." Brian whispered the last part and glared at the restaurant as if she could hear all the way from in there.
Roger chuckled, "I guess so."
The two men stood quiet for a Moment before Brian decided to wrap his arm around Roger's shoulders. "But hey! The night is still young and maybe we can sneak out and get a few drinks later without the other boys knowing!"
Of course, Brian always knew what Roger wanted.Roger looked down to his other shoulder to see Brian's hand on it. He also felt the warmth of Brian's arm on his very upper back. Roger didn't know why or how, but he felt like he could tell Brian anything at that very moment, he just seemed so sweet and open to any thoughts Roger had, but he was always like that anyway. His chest also lifted to the dark skies at that point. Roger thought his feelings about Brian just touching him was very odd and peculiar. But he had thought that it was nothing, it didn't mean anything.
"Ok," Roger said, gulping afterwords trying not to worry about how his brain and body reacted.
And with that, Roger and Brian started to walk back to the restaurant, as Brian's arm was still wrapped around his dear friend's shoulders.

After they got back in there, the boys just stayed silent as if nothing happened. Roger had a feeling Brian probably scolded them before he went to get him unless they actually felt bad. Yeah right.
They all left and Brian dropped off Freddie and John at their own places. Brian then drove him and Roger to a bar, and now here they were, stumbling into Brian's apartment hiccuping and giggling at everything they saw, as their arms were wrapped around each other tightly, somehow trying to support each other while walking though they were both completely and very much drunk.
Brian used his foot to shut the door loudly. "What the hell, Bri? Stay quiet!" Roger yelled through hiccups.
Brian laughed and pushed Roger onto the sofa while Roger was laughing extremely hard. Roger played with his own long blond hair. Brian was staring down at him just laughing as well. Now then, he couldn't help but collapse his body onto him harshly, causing Roger to groan in pain as Brian was now on top of him. "Ow! That hurt!"
Brian rested his chin on Roger's chest and stared up at him laughing.
Somewhere in Roger's sober part of his mind, he couldn't believe what Bri was doing, but another side of his brain was saying, get over it.. he's drunk and joking.
Roger blushed and just continued laughing as if nothing were a problem. They were both drunk, nothing meant anything.
Suddenly for Roger, everything went dark after he dropped his eyes tiredly.

So this is my first Queen book I'm ever writing so take it easy on me. (Radio Bri Bri does not count, okay?)
BUT please give me feedback on how it's going! It's always helpful to know.
Also, I'm scared this plot won't go too well but we'll see. Thanks for reading the first chapter! Also a warning, this book goes downhill QUICKLY.
