Chapter 24: Cheesy

|Bell's POV|

The days seemed to become shorter which was sorta a good thing and we actually got time to spend with each other on our free days and weekend.

We were all on break right now which was good to finally have a break from work we would get but Alice would still study extra because she says,"I have to be ready for when break is over" but half the time she is changing the 'I' to 'we' but none of us has studied during the break except for Alice. Everything was good, Lilly and Hale were still going strong same for Sue and Carl.

Alice and Charles would do their way of 'flirting' and Jack and I, well we were fine. Jack and Rosie had started talking more but Sue was keeping an eye on that. I had asked Jack if she was better and why they broke up and apparently the reason was because she had to move. She seems okay in my opinion but Sue, she hates her. Why? Well first, they hate each other and second, Rosie fancies Carl but I think she still does about Jack too.

"Hey beautiful, you okay?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked up.

"Yeah I'm fine just lost in thought I guess." I answered Jack. He gave my hand a little squeeze and turned his attention back to the The Fault in Our Stars on my mini movie player.

I stared at him and smiled. 'He is so beautiful.' I thought to myself. He noticed me staring and looked at me, his icy, blues orbs staring back into my hazel ones.

"What?" He asked. I just kept smiling and turned my attention back to the movie. "Hey, wanna know what I just realised?"

I looked at him. "Sure."

"Her name is Hazel," he pointed to Hazel Grace in The Fault in Our Stars. "And your eyes are hazel. Funny huh?"

I playfully rolled my eyes. "Hilarious. Now watch, it's almost over." He nodded and turned and continued to watch while I, the whole time waited to see tears form in his gorgeous eyes. We reached the end of the movie and Jack had tears prickling his eyes and lips slightly trembling. "Awwww!" I cried and threw my arms around his neck and he slightly, slightly sob in the crook of my neck.

"Why does it have to be so sad?" He mumbled into my neck. I pulled away and kissed him on the cheek and turned off the movie player. "C'mon Rocky." I took his hand and got off my bed and talked over to the door. "It's pretty late and I'm pretty tired." I yawned. He smiled, eyes slightly puffy and red.

"Pretty gorgeous too." He tucked a stand of hair behind my ear.

"Alright sparky." I opened the door and he walked out standing in front of me in the doorway. "You okay?" I asked him giving him a hug.

"Yeah." He kissed the top of my head.

"Sure?"

"Sure." We smiled at each other. "Hey, maybe 'sure' can be our 'always'?"

'Thats fucking adorable!' I thought to myself. I nodded and he kissed me. "Night Bell."

"Night Jack." I blew him a kiss as he walked down the hall and closed the door quietly trying not to wake Sue. I tipped toed across the room to my bed and climbed in and got under the covers and turned my side lamp off and slowly drifted off to sleep.

|Lilly's POV|

I walked down the hall. "Hale, you didn't need to punch that guy."

"I thought he was going to do something to you! I wasn't going to let that happen." He put an arm protectively around my waist. I snorted.

"I can easily take care of myself. I don't need a babysitter."

"But you need me." He said whispered in my ear sending shivers down my spine.

"... Yeah I do." I smiled and he kissed my cheek. We walked in silence until we heard people talking. "Who's tha--" Hale cut me off by putting his hand on my mouth.

"Shh!" I removed his hand from my mouth.

"Why!" I whispered.

"Cause I wanna see who it is without them seeing us." I rolled my eyes. 'Such a child...' I thought. He got up against the wall and pulled me against it too. He looked at me and signalled something with his hands.

"What the hell does that mean?! I don't know sign language!" I whispered.

"I'm going to peek around." He answered looking down at me.

"Ever thought of using words?" He glared at me and took a peek around the corner. "Guess not.." I mumbled.

"Oh shit..." Hale mumbled and turned around.

"What? What is it?" I asked him. He looked at me, I couldn't read his face. I moved past him to get a look.

"No! Lilly!" My eyes widened and I gasped.
