I'm sorry this one isn't very good. I did have another idea for this imagine but I couldn't think of an ending so this one is a bit rushed.
Warning ⚠️: none but a lot about Derek and the readers relationship which I think is cute. Sorry I'm in a Derek mood. Oh and it's a bit sad this imagine and not the most Christmasy so sorry.
About: School and the supernatural have been stressing you out and then Scott starts a Secret Santa. You get your crush who's been avoiding you and making things worse for you but you find a way to calm down.

"So can someone remind me why we're doing this?" Derek asks from the corner. "Because Scott read another book about teamwork and he thinks this will help us all." Lydia states. "Because he's an unrealistic optimism." I say after her causing Derek to smirk. We're all sat in a circle on the furniture. I'm sat in the three-seater with Derek and Stiles sat next to me. Mainly because I'm the only person other than Scott Derek can tolerate. Plus he probably knows one of my most important secrets. Lydia and Alison are sat together. Issac is sat on the chair next to them and Scott is standing in the middle of the room with a hat containing bits of paper with our names on it. "Come on guys it'll be fun!" Scott seems way too excited for this. "Famous last words." I whisper to Derek causing him to smirk again and nod in agreement. Everyone groans but we know Scott won't let this go. He comes to us one-by-one and everyone has different reaction to it. Lydia seems unfazed by it. Issac looks nervous. Alison doesn't give much away. Stiles looks happy and then it's my turn. I take out one of the last three papers and get very nervous very quickly as I read the name.Stiles
Derek looks over at me and must sense my discomfort. He looks at the paper and sighs. I smile slightly at him but he can see right through me. He rests his hand on my thigh and moves his thumb across it. I know the others are looking over at us confused. I mean, when is Derek nice to anyone? It all started a couple of months ago when I was attacked by a group of men and Derek came and kicked their asses. He cleaned up my wounds and told me I could stay with my a since my parent was out of town. Ever since he's been like a protective older brother. And I've been a protective younger sister. I turn to look at the others and I was right they were all looking at us in shock apart from Stiles who looked different, disappointed even. "Alright guys." Scott draws the attention away from me and Derek.
After the meeting is over I go over to my room where I stay when my Dad is on a work trip out of town, which is a lot. Derek stops me, pulling me to the furthest side of the room. "Are you ok? Do you want to swap with me?" He whispers, probably not wanting Scott or Issac to hear. I shake my head. "No it's ok. But thanks Der." I smile and make my way to the others to say goodbye. I hug Lydia and Alison and say bye to Scott and Issac. The only person left was Stiles but when I looked he wasn't there. "Hey Scott?" He turns to me and nods. "Where's Stiles?" He looks nervous. "O-oh well he said he had to go. You know his dad wanting him home and stuff." He says quickly and turns away. Funny, Scott doesn't usually do that unless he's hiding something. I'm too tired to ask him about it so I just ignore him.
