"Addie, you're here! Good!" Aubrey said while nodding at me and I just gave her half a smile.

"Five minutes, Bellas." Benji said as he was one of the stage crew for tonight's show.

"Where did he come from?" Stacie asked as the Footnotes started singing.

"Shh!" Aubrey shushed her.

"It's over. There's no way that we can beat the Footnotes and the Trebles." Amy said. We watched their performance and I saw their lead singer wink at me and I looked back at him weirdly.

"A-ca-huddle, now. The top two teams go to the finals, so we just have to beat one of them. And if we do it exactly how we rehearsed it, we will get there, okay? Exactly. Hands in." Aubrey explained and we all placed our hands in the middle.

"On three or after three?" Stacie asked.

"Screw it. Let's just do it." Aubrey said and we all walked to the stage and took formation. We sang the song and I saw that the audience and the judges were dosing off. Beca suddenly started singing "Bulletproof" and I grinned as the judges began to pay attention more closely. We finished the performance and while walking backstage I could tell that Aubrey was not a happy camper.

"What the hell Beca? Were you trying to screw us up?" Aubrey cried out when we reached an open area.

"Are you serious?" Beca replied, bewildered.

"Newsflash. This isn't the Beca Show." Aubrey berated her.

"Okay, I'm sorry that I messed you up, but in case you hadn't noticed, everybody pretty much dozed off during our set." Beca told Aubrey.

"It's not your job to decide what we do and when we do it. Why don't you ask the rest of the group how they felt about your little improvisation?" Aubrey challenged her. Beca looked over to Amy.

"Amy?" She asked,

"It was cool. But it did take us a little bit by surprise." Amy told her. Beca turned to me.

"I thought it was awesome since everyone pretty much just fell asleep on us." I told her with a smile.

"I told you that she wasn't a Bella." Aubrey scolded Chloe.

"Aubrey, don't." Chloe told her in a warning tone.

"No, that's okay. You don't have to pretend, you're allowed to have a say in the group, right?" Beca cut Chloe off.

"Beca, you're attitude sucks. You're a grade-A pain in my ass, and I know you're hooking up with Jesse." Aubrey told Beca.

"Whoa, whoa, Aubrey calm down. We're not hooking up, I swear." Jesse said as he overheard the last part of Aubrey's argument.

"Jesus Christ! That's perfect. Of course you're here right now. I don't need your help, okay? Can you back off?" Beca angrily said. I just placed a comforting hand on my brother's shoulder and he stood there shocked.

"Trebles. Time to bring the pain." Benji said showing up.

"If this is what I get for trying..." Beca trailed off as she stormed out.

"Beca? Beca, wait." Benji called out following her. I squeezed my brother's shoulder and he just gave me a small smile and I took a deep breathe before facing the Bellas again.

"You know what, Aubrey? Next time, get your facts straight because Beca wasn't the one hooking up with a Treble. I was." I told her in a sickly sweet voice.

"You're lying." Aubrey said not fully believing me.

"Watch me." I told her with an evil smirk as I walked towards where the Trebles were getting ready for their performance.
