Everything was starting to come back to me. The life I was supposed to be living back home. The places I was supposed to be.

We had about 20 minutes left on our flight, according to our pilot. Both of the boys had woken up and I was listening to the new In Flames EP on Joji's phone. I was in the middle of the last song when Joji grabbed one of my earbuds.

He put it in and looked down at me. He smiled and chuckled a little. "You've got interesting taste in music," he said.

"Oh shoosh," I said, "You secretly like it."

"Never said I didn't."

"Yo, have either of you heard from your friend?" Zayn asked.

I clicked the power button on his phone, but didn't have any messages or missed calls. I shook my head.

"I'll text him when we land," Joji said.

I turned the music off and took my earbuds out of mine and Joji's ears. "Yo. why'd you stop it?" He asked.

"I don't want your phone to die. We need to be able to call Ian, or else we're SOL," I said.

"SOL?" Zayn asked.

"Shit outta luck," Joji responder for me. Zayn nodded and smirked a little bit.

The plane finally landed. We stood up and waited as everyone filed out. I hated crowds and feeling cramped.

We managed to get off the plane and into the airport. We waited as our bags came around.

Joji handed me his phone. "Call him for me, please. I gotta take a piss," he said.

"I swear you pee more than anyone I've met," I said back to him.

"Hey, if you gotta go you gotta go." He wasn't making eye contact. He was looking around the airport, as if he were checking if it was safe. Can't say I blame him.

"Okay guys, I'll be right back. Wait here for me," he said and walked off towards the men's room.

I stood next to Zayn and unlocked his phone. I found Ian's contact and called him. He picked up almost immediately.

"Joji! It's so good to hear from you," Ian said.

"Well then I guess you're disappointed then," I said jokingly.

"Oh, hey Rose. No, it's great to hear your voice too. Is Joji okay?"

"Yeah, he's just in the bathroom. Can you come pick us up?"

     "Yeah, of course."

     "Thanks, Ian. See you soon."

"I should be there in half an hour. Stay safe."

I hung up and put his phone in my pocket. I turned towards Zayn. "He'll be here as soon as he can," I said.

"Good. Hopefully we can get some food soon too. I think the food courts that way," Zayn said, pointing to the left of us.

"Yeah, I'm hungry too. We'll get something when Joji gets back," I said.

"Get what when Joji gets back?" A voice came from behind us.

It was immediately recognizable. I grabbed Zayn's arm out of instinct. Neither one of us moved. Neither of us knew what to do.

"I'm waiting on an answer, love." He spoke again.

"Yeah, and I want a million dollars, but I guess we don't always get the things we want." I said, still not turning around. I saw Joji heading our way. He was oblivious to what was happening.

"Why don't you turn around, and say it to my face?"

I slowly turned around, so did Zayn. There were three of them standing in front of us, including Scar. But who knew whether or not they had anyone else.

"Happy?" I asked, glaring at him. I was tired of his bullshit. I just wanted it to be over.

"Very. Now, the last time we spoke, you said some things to me that didn't make me too happy. You hurt my feelings, doll. I don't appreciate that." He stepped closer to us. Zayn took a step in front of me, but I pushed him back.

I stepped face to face with him, once again. His twisted smile pained me from inside. Where the hell was Joji?

"Listen, Rose. I'm willing to keep our deal alive. Hell, I'll even let this one go," he said motioning to Zayn. "But I need Miller."

"Well, you got me. Just let her go."

Joji was standing behind Scar and his men. His two goons turned to face him, but Scar continued to look at me. He smirked at me.

Then, next thing I know, I'm turned around to face Joji as well. But, I was being held at gunpoint by Scar. One of his men had Zayn at gunpoint, and the other on Joji.

"You said it yourself. You want me, not them. Let them go. They don't deserve to pay the price for my mistakes." Joji pleaded, his hands raised.

They were trying to be as discreet as they possibly could. Their guns were underneath their jackets.

Scar laughed, his breath down my neck. "George...that was my deal with Rose. Not one with you. You don't get to call the shots here."

"That's cause I do." Another voice came from behind all of us. We all turned to see Ian. He hit the man by Zayn. It was enough distraction for me to slip out of Scar's grip and punch him. Joji has the same idea.

Airport security had gotten wind of what was happening. Zayn spotted them before the rest of us. "Guys we gotta go!"

We grabbed our things as quickly as we could and ran out the front of the building. Ian lead us to his jeep. He unlocked it and we all jumped in.

Ian started it and got out of there as fast as he could. Once we were finally in the clear, he slowed down and we were all able to breathe. Zayn and I were in the back, and Joji was in the passenger's seat.

"Did that just happen?" I asked, still in shock.

"Yeah, I'm afraid it did," Joji answered from the front seat.

"Where now? What do we do?" Ian asked.

"We go to the police." Joji said.

"Joji, you and Zayn will get locked up for sure. You were apart of it," I argued.

"We'll drop Zayn off before we go. Get him out of here. He doesn't need anymore hell. His name will never come up. As for me, well, maybe it won't be so bad if I turn myself in. 3 years tops."

     "Joji..." I continued.

"Rose, we'll figure it out. But that's our only option. If we don't do that, then we'll have to live our lives hiding from Scar and his men, and I don't want that for me or any of you."

He had a point. A really good point. Dammit. Why did he have to be right?
