Serenity's POV
As we pulled outside the the building, I unlocked myself in his arms and exited the cars as fast as I could. My jaw and nose is still aching. I rushed towards Joker's room and headed to the bathroom. With running water, I washed all the blood in my face and try to relax.
'Im definitely pissed off right now. Its just... Their faces, my friends faces. They are being threatened because of Joker!'
I grab the towel from the rail and run it from the cold water, rubbing the dried blood in my face. I looked at the mirror and saw a clown standing next to me.
"Im sorry",he said
I glanced at him and continue washing my face.
'How dare he try to apologise when Im trying to angry?'
"Seny",he continued
I turned to him.
"What?",inis kong sambit
"Im trying to apologise here",saad nya
"Since when did Joker apologise?",inis ko paring sambit
"Since Jack fell in love",he said
Suddenly, I stopped washing my face and froze.
'What did he say?'
"Say that again",sambit ko
He began to feel a little bit shy.
"I said, since Jack feel in love",he said in shy tone
I laugh.
"Funny",I sarcastically said
Padabog kong inilagay yung lilang twalya at umupo sa higaan. I can see in his eyes the sadness.
"Jack fell in love? Oh, how about Joker? Diba parehas lang kayo? Wag mo nga akong pinaglololoko!",sigaw ko
"Seny, I was---"
"Look, you try to hurt my friends!",my tears suddenly fall out into my eyes
"How could you tell me that you love me if you are taking my happiness?",sambit ko
Gamit ang aking mga palad tinakpan ko ang mukha ko dahil ayokong nagiging mukhang mahina sa harap nya. Ayokong nagiging isa lang akong daan para magtagumpay sya. Ayoko nang maging gamit! Sawang sawa na ako ng palagi nalang akong ginagamit!
Naramdaman kong may bumigat sa bandang gilid ng higaan at alam kong tumabi sya sa akin.
He pats my shoulder and hugged me with his chin in my shoulder.
"Im really sorry I hit you. Well honestly, this is the first time that I felt bad for hitting others",sambit nya
"Why do you have to do that?",tanong ko
"Im scared... Im scared that Selina and Ivy will poison your mind and never come back to me",wika nya
"If I tell you that I like you, you will hit me like you do to Harley?",tanong ko
"Hell no! I will never do that to you",he said
I turned around to his face and look into his eyes.
I noticed that Joker had become soft and calm. Its very unlike him an hour ago
"What happened to the emotionless Joker an hour ago?",tanong ko
"Well, he's still out there in my mind full of Seny's thoughts",he flirted
"Pfft. You dont know how to flirt",pangaasar ko
His hands are cupping my face and our distance is so very close.
