Chapter 12

We were getting a ready for the dance, I wore a (fav colour) coloured dress, when we arrived I saw Blake, she was breathtaking.. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. "Shall we dance kitten?"
I think everyone has the idea me and Blake are with each other, Probably just too shy to ask us about it so.
We started slow dancing to the music that was playing,

Sun was definitely hating me, I felt as though he wanted to kill me.
I was looking around the room, spotting Jessica and Liam talking to each other,
Liam glanced my way but I turned my attention back from Blake.

"How's the party so far?" I looked into her eyes lovingly. Everything around us didn't matter.. nothing did but us.

"I'm glad you convinced me to come" I pulled Blake closer and kissed her, We received some shocked, and some angry....
"Ahem..." we stopped dancing to face Jessica.

"What do you want Jessica?"

I growled at her, "Why did you kiss her! Your going to marry me not her"

Blake stepped up in between us "I think she'd rather die" Jessica stepped forward and up in Blake's face. Liam came behind with a figure i couldn't figure out who behind him.

"Yes (f/n) explain why your kissing some commoner" I was pissed . "you.. have.. NO right to talk about her like that!"

I was pushed back abruptly by the person who was behind Liam. "I see your wings... Tsk.. I forced your mother to hide those hideous Faunus traits for a reason"

I had fallen backwards to the floor looking up at the man I hated so much.. my father was terrible, there's always a secret he wants to keep from me. Blake extended her hand worried to me.
About to reach for it my father stepped in between me and Blake.

"I especially can't have you kissing someone else like.. Her when you have someone your going to marry"

Jessica extended her hand out to me but I pushed it away getting up by myself. I ran around my dad and next to Blake grabbing her hand.
"Well dad, I don't want to marry her. I have a girlfriend already"

A crowd had formed around us, I hadn't even noticed until now. "I don't care child, We're leaving this dance right now"

Father grabbed my arm as an attempt to drag me away. I pushed him back "No."

"Excuse me?!"

"I said no! I... hate you.. you've never been a father and you tell Liam more about me than I even know about myself!"

He stepped forward, anger was laced in everything he did and would say, the nerve of him! He's ruined the dance, he's trying to ruin my relationship with Blake!

He ruined my relationship with mum.

"You mistake of a child!" He yelled, his voice louder than the music that was still blasting away. The crowd that was there before rose up with more people. Ruby Weiss and yang all pushed through the crowd,

My father hit me across the face. "Did you say that to mum too? When you drove her to run away"

Anger lacing every word. I could tell he was furious.. "You dare mention her like that! Your mum was pathetic just like you"

I glared back at him. "No, your pathetic! You used her!! You've used me all my life, Your just afraid I'll run away like mum did then you'd lose the only power you want—"

He cut me off, not with a slap but with shouting. "I DESERVE THAT POWER"

My eyes widened in shock, I thought he was going to hit me again.  "Well I'm not doing a thing you say anymore"

He spoke back, spitting as he talked "I'm not afraid to di—"

I'm over this was the last thought as I did something I probably never should have. "DISOWN ME THEN. YOU WONT BECAUSE YOU STILL WANT TO USE ME"

I stepped backwards shocked at what I had done, He raised his fists to punch me, I was waiting for impact but low and behold Weiss, Yang and Blake had stepped in holding him back...

Ruby wasn't there anymore which was worrying to say the least.
Iron wood walked up behind my father "That's enough violence from you.." he put his hand on my fathers shoulder, but was abruptly shoved back as he left with Liam and Jessica close behind.

I turned away. "Everyone get back to the dance please!" Ironwood asked everyone nicely and followed my father out side the building.

I turned towards everyone. "T..thanks.." I looked away, "Well... we should all just forget about that" I continued on, they nodded and headed back to where they were.
Suddenly Jaune burst In wearing a dress, I started laughing and pulled Blake to the side so team JNPR could dance away all they liked.

Yang snuck up behind us.

"So are you two a couple?" I blushed and looked away. "y..yes? Maybe! Uhhh"
I tried to speak but I failed so Blake answered.
"Yes we are!"
The night went on, when we were back at the dorms Ruby came in later after we had found our she fought someone.

So there was someone on the premises that managed to sneak in? Or was it someone posing as a...

Student from another academy...

It couldn't be? Cinder? I.. can't talk to anyone about this.. there's no use in theorising when it could possibly be someone else.

But if it was.. and my father was here... the timing of this couldn't be pure luck could it?
Is something really big going to happen at the Vytal festival?

I think Blake's right,
Trouble is brewing after all and something needs to be done about it.
