I sat on dinning table with my hands rested on it and buried my face in my hands. My eyes were watery, I closed my eyes tightly to prevent tears from coming out but they still made their way down my cheeks. Someone came near me and pulled the chair besides the one I sat on. I didn't bother to look up because I knew that it was Priti as only the two us lived in the apartment. "Please Priti, leave me alone", I flatly added with my head still buried in my hands. "Listen to me, I have to say something", she said. Her voice sounded as if she had prepared a long two- three pages' speech and now was ready to read it out for me. "Not now Priti. Please leave me alone", I said in disgust because I didn't want any kind of motivation, inspiration, or whatever that speech was about, at that point of time. "First of all, sit up straight", a male voice said. It took me a second to identify who it was but the moment I realised, I looked up in surprise. Yes, to my surprise, it was Darshan. He sat beside me and Priti stood next to him. Though my eyes were teary and I was unable to see properly but I could make out that Darshan beared a pale and the smallest smile on his face. I looked at Priti in confusion. "I told you not to tell him anything", I flatly said to her. "Ya and I told you that was not going to talk to this man and I did what I said", she said with a small smile and left from there. An awkward silence took place between the two of us. Although I wanted to tell him everything that I had within me, all my feelings, everything, but I was unable to utter even a single word. "Darshan, I want to tell you something. Please listen to me", I finally managed to say breaking the silence. "Don't worry, I know everything", he said and I looked at him in surprise.[Darshan]:
I couldn't stop myself to come and talk to her once I came to know the reality. I wanted to apologize, I wanted to stay with her forever but I couldn't say anything to her because I feared for losing her again, which was going to happen soon. "But how?", she shot a question at me. I smiled at her and told her everything.(And that's all for this year.. See you guys in next year😋😝... Till then keep supporting, loving and #spreadlove)
