now you have left me

now you have left me

a dog barks, echoes

loneliness, emptiness, now

that you have left me

birds sing, songs not at

familiar, echoes the past

now you have left me

silence roars, heart beats

ringing in my ears, over and

over, you have left me

alone, darkness shrouds

hiding the truth, I’m nothing

now you have left me
