A/N: Just real quick, there is a little bit of POV switching because, if you haven't read my stories, I can't keep a consistent POV. I wanna explore a little bit of everything..... Sorry if it's a little confusing....

Previously on TCAOTS:

"Gate 420 flight to Japan is now boarding all coach passengers. Please reach the gate doors in an orderly fashion" The loudspeaker said.

Well, how are we supposed to figure this out now!

Now on TCAOTS:

Jake's POV:

Putting a protective arm around Rich, I announce to the group that we need to get on the plane.

"B-but th-the squip...." Jeremy stammers, pointing at the intimidating figure.

"Plane first, squip later," I say firmly before leading Rich towards the gate, hoping the others would follow suit.

Rich's POV:

I look back at the squip as Jake leads me towards the gate. I can't help but feel uneasy by it, seeing as it broke me once before.... At least it was Jeremy's squip instead of mine.

"Wait- did you grab our bagth?" I ask, remembering our bags that had been labelled as "carry-ons."

Jake stops dead in his tracks and lets out a long sigh before wheeling us around and walking us back over to get our bags. As we pass the rest of the group, Madeline looks to be suppressing a laughter attack. I roll my eyes at her and grab my bag.

When we get to the gate, we assume that the squad was already on the plane, so we hurry to our seats, not seeing the squip anymore.

Third person POV:

Michael plops down onto the seat next to Jeremy, closing the window on his right. Knowing Jeremy, he would have a panic attack if he looked out the window during the flight. However, Jeremy was already looking paler than usual. He was also fidgeting with his sweater buttons.

Michael leans over the arm rest to give Jeremy a calming embrace. A small trace of relief washes over Jeremy's face, but that did not stop his nervous fingers from messing with the blue buttons.

Rich and Jake hurried onto the plane and sat down in the seats across the isle from Michael and Jeremy, neither of them in the window seat. Jake carefully sets their bags into the overhead compartment as Rich leans across the isle to make sure Jeremy is alright.

Jeremy listens to Rich's advice as Chloe and Brooke chat about the latest gossip with their phones out. Both of them had some Pinkberry™ fro-yo in the airport before the flight, so they seemed a lot happier than they were before. Jenna, Christine, and Madeline all move in for a selfie, laughing about something Christine said.

Finally, Dustin shuffles onto the plane, carrying his bag. Rich looks up at him, asking, "Where were you? I thought you were already on the plane??"

"I was looking for some Mountain Dew Red, BUT one of the teachers caught me," he replies, carelessly throwing his bag into the overhead compartment. He looked sort of upset, which always worried Rich. Last time he was upset was when his pet raccoon ripped up his blueprints for some sort of hoverboard.

Rich then asks, "Which teacher caught you?"

With a sigh, Dustin replies, "Miss Penmark....."

"OOF, of courthe it wath the living embodiment of bitch..." Rich replies, letting Dustin squeeze past him into the seat next to Jake.

A flight attendant stood at the front of the plane, rambling on about the safety instructions. The only one who really listened in the group was Christine, everyone else just continuing their conversations in a whisper.

"Listen!" Christine hisses, pointing at the flight attendant."You never know what could happen guys!"

Finally, the woman sits down and the signal to put seat belts on flashes to the passengers. The group puts on their seat belts and begins to settle into their individual activities, mostly forgetting about the squip.

Michael pulls out his Nintendo switch, and convinced Jeremy to join him. Christine had out a script that she had been working on writing for months now with an intense expression on her face. Jenna was scribbling down random things in a notebook with earbuds in, listening to a musical that Christine had gotten her into. Madeline had her nose buried in a random book, and Jake and Rich were chatting. As for Dustin, he looked to be deep in thought (probably think about his next invention).

Suddenly, the squip phases into existence next to Jeremy, causing him to jump. He dropped the joy-con and let out a small yelp. While Michael was concerned for his best friend he was slightly thanking some god that Jeremy used the wrist strap for once.

"W-what are you doing here? " Jeremy asks, taken aback by the squip's sudden reappearance. He turned to face it as it stood in the center isle.

The squip calmly replies, "I believe the better question is why."

"Uhhh, why are you here (heere)?" Michael said glaring at the squip.

"Well, Michael is asking the right question. I'm here to aid you in your trip to Japan... and also to watch you. It is my job to help improve and take care of my host and those he cares about." the squip answers.

Dustin perks up, wanting to ask the squip a million questions. However, the squip starts up again before he could, "May I ask again: Why do you seem afraid of me?"

No one spoke. A silent agreement was heard even though it was never uttered.

We need to get rid of it and until then, they cannot know what happened.
