The very first tutor session was in thirty-minutes. Sam thought it was a good idea to go to the nearby coffee shop. So as Gabriel gathered his school stuff, he remembered how at any time today, he could just say that he was the Trickster. He kind of wanted to. Just to see if Sam would confess as well. Me, being the writer, it seems like the two were in pretty deep.
So Gabriel got into his car, and drove towards the coffee shop. He texted Sam–with his real number– to make sure he was going to the right place at the right time. When he eventually got there, Gabriel looked around, searching for Sam. When Gabe found him, they both made eye contact, smiling.
