I Don't Love You

*Abie's P.O.V*

I exit the room not being able to stand all the blood that was happening. When I walk into the living room I see Parley sitting on the couch with Jasmine they were cuddling and saying sweet things to each other. I rolled my eyes in annoyance they weren't even trying to hide it "Screw you Parley and Jasmine! What are you even doing here?! No one asked you to be here! And where's Alex?"

Parley stood up facing me with those eyes starring into mind, there was only an inch of space breaking us away "We are here for Alex, he left a note, and told us to give it to Isabel when she awoke, but seeing as to you are here why don't you just give it to her."

I paused my heart thumping so fast trying to conquer whatever he was doing to me "Wh--Why didn't he just give it to her himself?"

Parley hands me the note "Read it and you'll know." Then he leaned in to whisper to me "Oh and I never loved you."

Then he walked out the door with Jasmine following, just as simple as that. He easily uttered that he didn't love me ever, all those years, gone, meaningless to him.

I looked down at the note he had handed me it read "Hi Isabel. I'm not sure how to start this, because clearly you are having our baby, but thing is I am not ready to be a father, and I don't wanna be, so I am leaving to live my own life. Goodbye Forever. -Alex"

I felt my heart rip for her too, why are were men like this! They all just wanna ruin us, toy with our feelings like we are just items than you can play around with and then leave shattered into a billion pieces being unable to be fixed by no one else. Isabel would be alone raising a baby and right after she just had the baby too, she's gonna be so hurt, I don't think I can bring myself to show the note to her. Kat walked in and saw the tears on my face "What's wrong?"

I sighed letting myself fall to the couch "Men. Look at this."

I handed her the note and watched her expression turn into sadness, and anger "Why Would He Do This To Her?!"

"My Questions exactly. And after what she's gone through he just flakes," I said.

"Men," Kat sighed sitting on the couch next to me.

"And Parley said he never loved me," I said.

"What is going on with this place," Kat replied tired of everything that had transpired. "Can't say i'm not use to it."

"Same," I said contemplating everything in life.

"But we don't need anyone I can take care of myself," Kat said.

"What'd Josh do?" I questioned.

"He got pissed cause Kaden wanted to hang out with Damon, so then I was reading one of Kaden's letters, and Kaden came in and quoted it all just from the top of his head, what is going on..." Kat said not in a questioning tone, but more of a she's tired of it all.

The doctor that was performing the surgery on Isabel walked in "We've successfully removed the baby, and Isabel will be awake in a little"

"Can we see the baby?" I asked.

"Is it a girl or a boy?" Kat asked.

"Yes. And it's a girl," The doctor said.

We walked into the room seeing the baby wrapped in a little blanket it was crying, Kat grabbed it, and rocked it causing it to be quiet and make little cooing noises. I looked at her baby it looked like her and Alex of course. Brown hair, the cutest most innocent little brown eyes. I grabbed her little hand as she looked up at me innocently.

"She's so cute!" I said.

"I know it's cause I made her," Isabel said just waking up. "Ohh everything hurts."

I shot a look to Kat as a way of asking if we should show her the note now. She looked back at me as if telling me to shut up now's not the time.

"Can I hold her?" Isabel asked excitedly.

Kat gives her the baby "What are you gonna name her?"

"Hmm...Bella," Isabel said. "Bella Alex Carreras."

"Ah..Izzie," I tried to say, but Kat nudged me and gave me a look.

"What...Is it not nice?" She asked.

"No. No. It's Great, but..."I started, but Kat cut me off "What she's trying to tell you is that it's not great it's fantastic!"

"I can't do this we have to tell her!" I said.

"Let her be happy for just a little longer," Kat replied.

Isabel looked at us with a look of concern and confusion "What's going on?"

"Now we have to tell her," Kat said handing Isabel the note. "Here. I'm sorry I love you."

"We'll always be here for you," I said rubbing her arm in comfort.

She reads the letter and the smile from her face turns into disappointment, as tears started falling down her face she started muttering things I couldn't understand, Kat took the baby as Kaden walked in, Kat went up to him "Can you hold the baby? I've got to take care of Izzie." Kaden grabbed the baby smiling as he looked at her "Yeah." Then Kaden left the room. We comforted Izzie in a hug.

"I thou--thought the he really loved me," Isabel said.

I thought of things to say, but I knew nothing would be able to work, heartbreak is heartbreak the only person that can mend our hearts are the people that broke them "I'm sorry."

"If we could track him down I would slap him for breaking my best friends heart," Kat said.

"He didn't even care that I could've died...That the baby could've died," Isabel said in between sobs.

"The postpartum isn't making this any easier," Kat said to me.

"I'll be fine," Isabel replied. "I'll---Be fine..."

"We aren't gonna leave you. We will be here every step of the way," I said.

"Are you gonna change your baby's name?" Kat questioned.

"No I want it to stay the same," Isabel said trying to stand up, but we stop her. "Please let me stand up. I need to get water."

"I'll get it," I said.

"Fine," Isabel replied.

I go to the kitchen getting her water, I looked out the window to see a black van pass by it was a new car. I saw Alex in the passenger seat. I walk away annoyed at this sight, then walked back to the room handing Isabel her water "Here you go."

"Thanks you guys," Isabel said. "For everything."

"Anytime," Kat and I said at the same time.
