Honestly, as a girl who constantly draws girls, it's h a r d a f.
But I can give a few tips that people would usually make mistakes in.Keep in mind that including just tiny details can make a big change (or something idk. my throat hurts halp)
If you want a masculine-looking guy, the jawline would be more visible (and probably more pointy (??) ) and their eyebrows are thicker than a woman's. Make sure that the Adam's apple is also visible.
Another thing is, a male's hips are smaller than that of a woman's. It's because their upper bodies are stronger and larger than the lower area.I'll put a reference photo below. ^u^
