I have a pretty simple answer for this, but it's really helpful.

For your first question, (I've tried this before, it worked :D) You can listen to music or read a story that you like, and then try to draw out ow you feel about it, or make a rough sketch loosely basing off of it. Another thing is to maybe look up art from other artists and try to use it as a reference to your art style.

But your other question is How to find a unique art style.

It's quite difficult if you don't have enough time to draw in a day, but I recommend to follow a drawing prompt list. It's basically trying to draw whatever word is put into each assigned day. There are many kinds of prompt list, for example Inktober, Huevember and more.
First, you can draw in your own art style, or maybe use another's art style (with their permission, but if you can't contact them, just credit them in the drawing) and as you progress through the list you can alter the style.

For example, you started off with big o'l anime eyes, and then soon your art style will probably change slowly. In the end, compare Day 1 with your last day, and see the improvements.
That's basically all I have for today tho so yee :D
