Hands are tricky, especially in perspective. One thing I recommend is to use a reference and when you draw hands, you can draw a square and draw 5 lines for each finger then split it into rectangles so you'd be able to learn how hands work. You can also use parallel lines to define the perspective. Here's a reference picture.
