Heyyyyyyyy, so sorry I haven't updated as much as I hoped I was just enjoying the Christmas and New year happy 2019 everyone.

A tear ran down my cheeks as I saw my mother, I've never seen her opening the door so fast and unexpectedly and before I could process it she had pulled me into a heartwarming hug.

So many emotions ran through my head I was happy to see her and hold her again, confused because I thought she would hate me and relieved. We hugged for about 5 minutes and I couldn't hold back the tears she pulled back from me and wiped away a tear and smiled,I smiled back at her and she pulled me further into the house closing the door .

I stood there in the house I grew up in that I hadn't been in for over a year.i looked at my mam who looked shocked "hi" I said shyly "oh honey I've missed you so much" "I missed you too mum"

she was so emotional "listen sweety I want to apologize for over reacting,I should have supported you and been there for you" "you don't have anything to apologize for,it's all my fault and I regret it everyday" "come inside,we can talk and I'll make you some tea" "actually coffee would be nice" "but you hate coffee" "not anymore" she smiled"look's like I have a lot to catch up on" "oh... you have no idea"

I walked into the sitting room leaving my case on the stairs,noone else was home I'm guessing everyone is working. I sat down on the sofa and looked around nothing had changed while I was gone, I looked at the pictures of my niece hanging up, I had already seen them on my sister's Instagram.

My mam walked in with 2 cups of coffee and sat down beside me,I looked at her and smiled,my mother was a beautiful woman very petite with Pixy cut brown hair, brown eyes and tan skin from holidays. She smiled back at me and started to talk. "So , where have you been?" I sighed knowing I have a lot of explaining to do ...I told her everything.

From living in Canada, college, my job,Izzy , Harry and our relationship,the accident, Shawn,his son , New York and last but not least the engagement. I watched her emotions change,my mother was the type of person to listen and only spoke when everything was out, I saw suprise, joy, proudness, fear, sadness and shock from year's of watching her I could tell what each emotion looked like.

She had a lot to say but to summarize it she was sorry she wasn't there to see it all, had some hatred for Harry, she loves Izzy, angry I didn't tell her about the accident she was really happy about Shawn. She filled me in on everything I missed and we laughed and cried together for Hours.

I turned to her slightly scared"is it too much to ask if I can stay here" "of course not, you are still welcome" "thank you"

It was now 5 and I wanted to Go freshen up,my room was exactly as I left it,I unpacked some clothes had a shower and threw on a lounge set ( leggings and a sweatshirt) I brushed my hair and made my way down stairs.

My phone rang and I saw it was Shawn
"hey babe, what are you doing"
"hey I'm just back from work how did everything go"
I told him everything"oh that's so great I'm happy she forgave you, although you have nothing to be sorry for it's that idiots fault "
( Shawn wasn't a fan of Steven) "it's fine,I just had a shower it's 5:30 here I'm kind of scared because everyone should be getting back from work right now and I don't think they will have the same reaction as my mam did"
" hey it's going to be fine,if anything goes wrong just call me I'll be on the next flight" " thanks babe,they my mam really wants to meet you"
"Oh really, well maybe I should go over to you then"
"No,no,no wait...let me tell everyone first then you can come"
He sighed"ok,I just really miss you"
I smiled"I miss you too,but it won't be long now"
"Well I better not hold you up"
"Right, I'll call you tomorrow"
"I love you,bye"
"Love you too,bye Shawn"

I walked into the kitchen just as my dad walked in ,oh lord help me
