Lydia
I feel numb, my head hurts, my heart aches.

Light, comfort, safety it all comes flooding in as my eyes flutter open, i don't know where i am, i need to get up.

I try to lift myself up but my arms are weak, i am weak. I can't hear anything, yet the silence is deafening.

After some minutes I finally have the energy to go into the kitchen, i need coffee, i tip toe past a sleeping shawn on the couch, he is so sweet to let me stay in his bed, i finally get a chance to appreciate his apartment, its nice.

I don't want to be loud so I slowly look for coffee, i nearly jump out of my skin when I hear a sleepy voice "there's none" i look around to see shawn at the arch, waw, i missed him, he was wearing sweatpants and was topless. I realised I'm staring and couch and look away standing back from the counter as he walks towards me.

He stops right in front of me and reaches over to get some cups, he's so tall so my head is at his chest i smiled at his cute little chest hairs.

He tells me to take a seat as he makes tea "I was on my way to buy coffee when the whole thing happened" i signed "yeah sorry about that, what happened after i passed out" i blushed knowing he obviously helped me.

"well I carried you here, I got a lot of people looking and even a cop asking if you were ok" he laughed while sitting opposite me "we got here and i put you to bed, you were exhausted" i looked down at the t-shirt and shorts i was wearing me... He changed my clothes.

"i wanted you to be comfortable" "where is my stuff" he looked at me "i figured you would want them so I got them from the cafe, your boss said to take as much time as you need" "oh hell, work i just ran out, wait when is it like what day and time" "it's just the next day and it's 9 am" "ok i should go home" "no stay, shower here and we can talk"

Talk, the one thing i dreaded "ok". He slightly smiled "ok so you can shower there's towels and clothes I'll make breakfast i don't have a shift until 7 so we can talk and stuff" i nodded "your very quiet are you o-" i cut him off "is it your son, the child from that night" "Lydia please, let's talk later" "fine " i got up going into the bathroom locking the door.

After the shower i dried my hair and put it into a messy bun, i put on the sweatpants shawn left out and a really comfortable hoodie i was so cozy. when i left the bathroom i entered into the living room. Shawn was sitting with his arm across the sofa and watching TV, i sat down beside him and we sat in silence watching TV for a few minutes until he turned it off and turned to look at me "you look cozy" "i am thank you" "ok so i am going to tell you everything and you are going to listen and not speak, ok" "ok".

Shawn's pov
"it all started 9 years ago, i was 18 and I just started college and I met Cynthia, we were in love, well i was but she loved someone else, after 2 years i found out she was cheating on me but by then we were already engaged, i called it off and she moved away with him, then 3 years after she came back with a child, we did a test and well, i have a son, i only see him when she wants me to and that night she showed up out of the blue, i was going to tell you, i should have told you " i sighed" you can talk now "I said looking away" you have a child "" yes" "what's his name" "Kyle" "nice, you were engaged" "yes" "do you still love her" "no, i stopped a long time ago, i love you and only you" "you could have told me, i told you about the whole thing from back home, i confided in you" "i know i was stupid, im sorry" i stared into her eyes, she looked at me and whispered "i love you too"

Im sorry this took so long to do. im not ready to back to school on Monday because for the first time in 2 years I have exams ugh so I'll have to start studying
