Vision

As I perambulate around the exterior of the cafe in my human guise, I study the surrounding culture of the complex mammal species known as the Homo sapiens

A young girl, around the age of eight,  with dark skin and eyes, licks a chocolate ice cream cone of the same color, dripping it on her dress. Her exasperated mother, sighing, wipes it up with a napkin.

Two teenagers, the male appearing to be around three years older than the female, mash their faces together, eyes closed and moaning in pleasure. Other humans look away, disturbed.

I note it down in my head: Public displays of affection make people very uncomfortable.
