Crisscross Part 1

Amelia was hanging out at her mother's shack where Sonya was tracking movements from MECH and Decepticons. Searching through the files for anything that can help Amelia track down MECH and destroy it from the inside. While searching from both paper files and saved files from her mother's computer rubbing her forehead in frustration, 'I need a distraction,' Amelia thought grabbing her phone as she dials Jack's number. "Hey, Jack do mind if I come over tomorrow night?" Amelia asked, "I need a distraction right from tracking down MECH while finding away inside without me getting caught...... Thanks I'll see you after you're done with work, bye." Hanging up her phone Amelia saw the time, "Time to head back home," she muttered, "What to make for dinner tonight. Steak with mashed potatoes? Chef's salad or hamburgers? Maybe steak sounds good for tonight."

Returning home after she went grocery shopping, Amelia entered her house where she was greeted by Lucy and Miss Hana who was babysitting Lucy, "Amelia! Welcome back!" Lucy giggled as she holds something behind her back while walking up to her older sister.

Raising her brow Amelia gazed at her baby sister for anything suspicious, "Lucy, what are you hiding behind your back?" Amelia questioned.

Lucy removed her hands from her back to show Amelia a bracelet she made for her older sister and a picture of a kitten and a puppy. "I made this for you and I was wondering if we can buy a pet later on after or before the war between Autobots and Decepticons stops," Lucy told handing over the bracelet with obsidian beads.

"Thank you for the bracelet and we will see about a pet. Did you have anything for dinner?" Amelia asked putting away the groceries.

"You don't have to worry about dinner, Amelia. I made some chicken wrapped in bacon with seasoned broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy for dinner and there is a plate inside the oven," Miss Hana informed while Amelia was shocked that Hana did that for them since Amelia thought about making dinner for her, Lucy and Miss Hana.

Shaking her head, "You didn't have to do that. I could've made dinner after all, you have helped for a long time and I wanted to make you a thank you dinner," Amelia told as Hana gave the red haired teen a gentle smile.

"It's all right. You can make me a thank you dinner next time but for now eat your dinner while I take little trouble maker here to bed," Miss Hana told as Lucy yawned trying to deny that she was sleepy.

Taking out the plate with the dinner Miss Hana made for Amelia she began to eat while feeling like something bad is about happened tomorrow, 'I hope the bots will be fine tomorrow,' she thought finishing her meal a putting the dirty dish in the dishwasher. Bidding Miss Hana a goodbye while paying her for watching over Lucy, Amelia heads to bed wondering why her instincts were acting up. The next morning, Amelia was doing the house chores and relaxing for a little bit before she had to leave to meet Jack at his house and since Lucy was staying at a friend's house as they picked Lucy up around 2:30 pm. When 5:30 pm came around Amelia drove her motorcycle to Jack's house only to see a taped letter on the front door. Dismounting her motorcycle Amelia went to the front door to see it was addressed to her in Jack's handwriting opening the letter she read it to herself, "Amelia, something came up and I am sorry for not calling you before hand but there was an emergency and me and Arcee had to leave. I will call you when everything is under control," Amelia grew suspicious by the letter and why Jack didn't call her. Pulling out a special tablet her mother had at her shack, "Sorry everyone I had to," Amelia apologized as she activated the tablet to see a blue dot and a blue and pink dot on her screen as the dots stopped at a quarry.
