Rock Bottom

Jack, Amelia and Miko were were either standing, sitting or in Miko's case pacing, Amelia who finally got the all clear from Ratchet and theother reason he let her go is because she was both restless and annoying him by acting and dressing up like Miko. "We're supposed to be at a rock concert! But all I see is rock!" Miko complained as Amelia got tired of standing, she then laid down on the dirt covered ground basking in the sun while using her messenger bag as a pillow.

"Miko, I am enjoying my freedom until I go under house arrest again by grumpy bot. So shhhhh, and let me enjoy this," Amelia shushed Miko while the red haired teen smiled enjoying the sun's warmth and quiet sounds of nature.

"Relax, Miko the show doesn't start for two hours," Jack informed the restless teen as he relaxing on a boulder.

"Do you know how long I've waited to see Slash Monkey?" Miko questioned Jack who was about to reply when he was cut off by Miko, "FOREVER!!! And it's their only US date!"

"There's a shock. I mean who doesn't love obscure Bulgarian shriek metal?" Jack sarcastically replied as the three teens heard heavy footsteps exiting the cave nearby that Bulkhead and Arcee went to investigate.

"By all appearances, the mines been stripped," Arcee concluded from searching inside an abandon Energon mine.

"But I'm getting a signal. It's faint, but it's definitely Energon," Bulkhead reasoned as the device he was holding was telling him there is still some Energon inside.

"Whoa!" Miko whispered.

"Doesn't make sense. This operations been abandoned, four maybe five years? And Decepticons never leave Energon behind," Arcee told Bulkhead.

"Uh, guys!" Jack called for the two Autobots attentions as they turned to face Jack who pointed at cave's entrance.

"Cool!" Miko exclaimed running inside the cave.

"She went in, unbelievable," Arcee was shocked that Miko did that.

"Really? Have you met her?" Amelia replied as she was still lying down with her eyes closed knowing that Jack, Bulkhead and Arcee were staring at her.

"Ugh.........Miko! Get back here!" Bulkhead yelled as he chased after his charge.

"It would be kind of interesting to see. You know if it was-" Jack trailed off.

"Safe? A stripped mine can be structurally unstable, Jack," Arcee informed.

"I promised to step lightly," Jack promised.

"I guess I'm coming too," Amelia told.

Arcee thought for a moment, "Just don't tell your mom and Amelia, don't do anything reckless," Arcee told as she, Jack and Amelia entered the mine. As they went deeper into the mine, Arcee was receiving transmission from Bulkhead, "Bulkhead? Bulkhead do you read? Scrap.........the mineral composition down here is causing interference," Arcee muttered as she tried to get a hold of Bulkhead.

After touring of the mine, Arcee decided to head back to the entrance in hopes of seeing Bulkhead and Miko at the exit. But Jack and Amelia were ahead of Arcee as they were surprised to see Megatron who was pointing cannon on Starscream. The two Decepticons saw the teens and Arcee, Megatron shot his blaster first at them as Arcee grabbed both and Amelia and Jack dodging Megatron's shots. "Stay down!" Arcee ordered as she returned fire at Megatron until one of the Cybertronians laser shots hit a weak spot on the mines structure causing it to cave in. "Scrap!" Arcee cursed as the ground began to crumble, Arcee tried to run back to Amelia and Jack but she fell through the ground as did Jack and then Amelia who screamed as she hit her head on a sharp rock before she fell into darkness.
