On a dark and cloudy afternoon in Jasper Nevada, Amelia was following behind her friends out of school but she stopped when she saw the dark skies and the smell of ran with a low rumble of thunder. Eyes widening, Amelia cursed to herself as her baby sister was at a sleepover and Miss Hana was on vacation, "Please, please just be light rain," she silently prayed but her prayers weren't answered as she heard a louder rumble of thunder. Fear was in Amelia's eyes when she heard that, she immediately left the area forgetting her friends and the undercover Autobots who saw Amelia run as it began to rain, soaking her to the bone. The rain was pounding on Amelia who quickened her pace as she heard another rumble of thunder, she saw her house in the distance. Once at the door she hurriedly and clumsily unlocked her door swinging open as a flash of lightning and a clap of thunder caused the red haired teen to whimper in fear. Shutting the door and locking it, she dropped her backpack as Amelia rushed underneath the kitchen table curling into a ball, covering her ears as more thunder roared as tears streamed down her face as fearful whimpers escaped Amelia. 'Please, make it stop! Mom! Lucy! Miss Hana! I'm scared!' Amelia squeezed her eyes tight from fear of the thunder as it continued to roar.

At the Autobot base, the three humans were safe from the storm outside as they tried to contact Amelia wondering why she left so suddenly. They began to worry as the three humans called her cellphone and telephone but Amelia didn't answered, this made the humans pace trying to think why she left. "Jack, Miko, Raf is something wrong?" Optimus questioned, he saw them try calling Amelia but when she didn't answer them it caused the three humans to worry about Amelia.

"Amelia, she's not answering our calls," Jack answered looking at the Autobot leader, "She left so suddenly without a goodbye."

"Yeah! She always said goodbye to us and greeted the bots before she left!" Miko explained, she was both upset and worried at Amelia.

Optimus turned walking to the tunnel, "Optimus where are you going?" Ratchet questioned.

"I'm going to check on Amelia," Optimus answered, transforming into his vehicle mode driving to Amelia's house. It continued to rain when he arrived at her house, Optimus activated his holoform exiting his vehicle mode he approached the front door. Unlocking the door with the spare key Amelia gave each of the Autobots in case of emergencies, upon entering he saw her backpack on the floor with its contents spilled out of the bag. Splotches of water was on the hardwood floor, a loud clap of thunder shook the house and a soft whimper was heard in the dining room. Gently shutting the door, Optimus walked toward the dining room hearing more whimpers, "Amelia?" Optimus called as he saw her body curled into a ball shaking from both the cold from being wet and in fear from the thunder. Optimus knelt down placing his hand gently on her shoulder as Amelia lift her head up, he saw that she has been crying, "Amelia, what's wrong?" he asked as he got her in a sitting position. She opened her mouth but a sharp cry of fear from a very loud thunder that violently shook the house and echoed off the walls. Squeezing her eyes shut, Amelia covered her ears and buried her face into her knees muffling her whimpers.

Optimus sat next to Amelia and pulling her to him as he wrapped his jacket over her shoulders while he gently laid her head near his spark, "Optimus?" Amelia hoarsely questioned.

"Just listen to my spark and ignore the storm," Optimus told her as Amelia listened to the steady rhythm of the spark she fell asleep when the storm finally pasted. Optimus stayed at the house until Amelia woke and if the storm started again that he would be here to comfort Amelia from her fears.
