It only took a few seconds before the black faded away and I was falling. Falling straight into a pile of dirt.

'Fuck.' "FUCK!" My voice mirrored my thoughts as I raised my forearms in front of my face to brace myself.

Luckily, I wasn't falling from too great of a height so nothing particularly bad happened when I hit the ground. Quickly, I pushed to the side as soon as I hit the ground to roll myself over and hopefully lessen the impact. Though, I was pretty sure my forearms would be bruised the next day. Standing up, I observed the area, which was covered in tons worth of dirt with buildings sticking out of them.

'Guess I'm in the landslide zone, then.' A little way down the hill I was on, I saw a familiar mop of red and white hair. 'Todoroki's here too, huh?' "Hey, Todoroki!" I saw him turn his head to look at me as I jogged down to meet him. "Looks like we're stuck together then."

We didn't have time to chat before a mob a villains appeared in front of us. I didn't even do anything before Todoroki froze the ground over and the villains' bodies along with it.

"It's pathetic to lose against a single child," he said, a glare on his face. "Get a hold of yourself. You're an adult, aren't you?"

"Y'know, just because somebody's an adult, it doesn't mean they've got their whole life together," I chided, feeling a bit personally offended because I'm legally an adult and I definitely do not have my life together. (Because I'm in fucking high school again.)

Todoroki gave me a side-eye then spoke to the villains. "'Scatter you and kill you,' huh? I hate to say this, but you just look like guys with Quirks they didn't know what to do with."

I harshly sucked in air through my teeth as if in pain. "Oof, that's—that's a pretty rough one, Todoroki." He still ignored me. Todoroki started to walk down the hill past the villains. I had nothing better to do so I followed him. "Sorry, my dudes, but we have to leave you like this until the authorities come. See ya bitches." I heard something behind me. 'Oho, what's this? A villain who escaped Zuko's ice? Hmm... I wonder what would happen if I just... didn't do anything until he steps out of hiding, hmm?... OK, fine, I'll try to warn Todoroki.'

"Hey, Todoroki," I called out to him, now standing next to him. No answer. He looked lost in thought. "Ne, Todoroki, I gotta tell you something. Something super important." Still no answer. I sighed and leaned up real close to his face and whispered, "you missed one."

No sooner than I had said that, a villain came out from behind us and launched a spear at us. I leaned to the left while Todoroki grabbed it and froze it along with the villain, before yanking it out of the villain's grasp, causing the dude to crash into the ground. He than gave me a pointed look as if to say, 'If you knew he was there, why didn't you do anything?'

"Hey, man, my Quirk isn't really good for immobilizing people. Blinding or bruning them, sure, but I don't have enough control over the heat produced to not melt the ice you made," a blatant lie, but he seemed to accept it and turned away from me. "You don't talk much, do you?"

"Hey, at this rate, your cells will slowly die," Todoroki spoke to the villains, ignoring me. "I want to be a hero. I would like to avoid something so cruel if possible." I saw tears start to gather in one of the villain's eyes as Todoroki walked up to him and had his hand hovering over the villain's face, a cold mist seeping from his hand. "On what basis do you think you can kill All Might?"

"Hey, you got to have all the fun with the capturing, at least let me do the interrogation!" I whined because I wanted in on some of the fun. He stared at me before dropping his hand and stepping away. "Oho? You're letting me do it? Alright then," I smirked to myself before walking up to the villain. "Okay buddy, what the kid said. What have you got up your sleeve that makes you think you can kill All Might? Oh! And I almost forgot," I held up my pointer finger and produced a blade of light. "This bad boy is hot enough to sear straight through metal. In fact," I turned my head back to Todoroki. Hey, Todoroki? Hand me that spear you froze earlier." He sent me a funny look before picking up the frozen spear and tossing it to me. I caught it in my non-dominant hand, which I am super proud of. "Watch this," I said before cutting right through the spear, showing the villain both halves before tossing it away. "That could be your spine. Or your face. Or, perhaps—perhaps you'd like a personalized, do-it-yourself castration, courtesy of moi." I was just putting on a show to make him more terrified, a sinister look on my face, topped with the most perfect malicious smile. "So, talk," I became deadly serious at the last line, the smile instantly dropping.
