I sat in my bed trying to digest all the sudden happiness and overwhelming that my brother brought into me.
But the idea of going out terrified me.
I have never liked been outside. I always thought that someone i don't like is gonna pop out and laugh at me or insult me.
Unlikely most of the girls of my school, I have never liked when people stared at me. It always makes me feel like im gonna do something wrong and they will just judge me. Everyone does.
I exhaled a breath of air brushing away all these bad thoughts.
Tonight is important, my brother who i haven't seen since Christmas is back and im willing to spend some time with him.
Changing into a fresh comfy carmin dress I turned around various times infront of the mirror to check if everything was alright. Im not used to this type of things, i always rather stay at home reading or studying which caused my mum to always complain about me been inside all the time.
Slipping into my dark medium-high heels that my granny bought for my seventeenth birthday I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in" i whispered brushing my hair to each of my shoulders as the door slowly opened.
Danielle walked in with a wide smile on her face. She was wearing a short white and blue ombre crop-top and high short shorts, she totally had a perfect body. "Wow you look stunning Callie" She added stopping behind me.
I lowered my face to avoid her seeing me blushing. Something typical on me.
"Y-you look really good too" I stammered brushing my hair faster.
"Are we leaving now?" I added lastly trying to change the subject of the conversation.
"Yeah, aren't you gonna applied make-up?" She questioned pointing slightly at my face.
I pulled my lips in. I hardly wear make-up, it's not like I have time or like a bother look pretty to a bunch of sluts and dickheads. "Im not good at it..."
She acted like if she was thinking tapping her chin with her left index as she narrowed her eyes which were nailed on me.
"Can i help you?"
I tilted my head. "If you want..."
She gestured for me to sit down. I did as she said whilst she grabbed my almost untouched purple make-up kit.
First she applied foundation, followed by a precise liquid eyeliner along with some mascara and finishing with some darker tones just below my cheek bones, blended by a brush.
"Done!" She exclaimed proud of her work.
I turned to my small pocket mirror placed on top of my bedside table and I couldn't contain an amused gasp.
"Thank you..." I mumbled admiring how different i looked. I had no eye bags, no shiny parts and my eyes were somehow seductive. It was a natural look, not too much but noticeable.
"Girls not to bring you back from your girly stuff but we gotta go" Rick spoke as he waited at the entrance of my room. He was wearing a tight shirt with the 30STM symbol and black jeans, his hair was spiked to the side perfectly.
We nodded cleaning up the mess we made and leaving the house to my brothers range rover.
Rick sat on the pilot seat, followed by Lucas who was wearing a red V-neck with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows.
Danielle and me sat down at the backseats making ourselves comfortable.
A strident roar cut trough the already darkened sky as the car started to move forward out of our property.
