Seokjin walked slowly into the showcase of the art department and once spotting the screens in the back of the room he quickly walked towards it. He could feel eye's staring at him as he strode with purpose towards the screens. But he was used to it already, it's always been like this even since high school when he still had glasses on.
He dismissed the depressing thought and started to watch each and every video carefully with a blank face, moving on to the next one when the one he was watching ended until he had finished watching all of them on display. He went back to the one he liked in particular, it had an interesting style of editing making it seem like the editor knows a lot already and had decided to play around with his techniques a little.
"Can I help you?"
A women stood smiling at him. He read her tag that was dangling around her neck that read "Son Chaeyoung".
"May I know who filmed this?" Seokjin asked politely, pointing up at the screen he was standing in front of.
"Kim Taehyung, a third year student here! He's somewhere around the place right now!" She said excitedly.
"Can I see him?" Seokjin asked.
"Yes of course! I'll just call him to come here!" Chaeyoung said and tapped on her phone before making a call.
Seokjin patiently waited for the call to end, surveying the rest of the area. He knew his university was famous for art as well but he hadn't actually been that interested enough to visit the showcase and he was now regretting that. The art work was amazing and he could see why people actually bothered to come and see the showcase.
Chaeyoung finished the call but Seokjin didn't seem to notice as he stared at the painting nearest him.
"You're really handsome up-close!"
Seokjin turned his attention back to the art student who was looking at him with amazement, her lips a little parted. Seokjin smiled gently,
"I'm flattered, thank you. You're very pretty as well."
Chaeyoung blushed heavily at the compliment and fanned at her face for the heat to go down. Seokjin chuckled at the adorable gesture and that seemed to make her blush even more.
"W-would you like to go to the new c-cafe with me?" The girl managed to squeak out, covering her face behind her hands.
"Sorry, I'm restricting my diet for the upcoming theatre so I can't go, but after the play finishes do you want to go? If you're still up for it of course." Seokjin suggested with a slight grin on his face although his eyes were sincere.
Chaeyoung widened her eyes in disbelief before remembering to reply, "Oh! Yes! I'd love to!"
Seokjin smiled widely and patted her head. He was sure all eyes were on them by now, "Seokjin with an art student", he could see the headlines of his fan club flashing by his eyes as he stood.
"Oh, that's Taehyung!" Chaeyoung said as she pointed to her side and Seokjin looked at where her finger lead. A man wearing black pants with his shirt tucked in was racing towards them. As he got closer, Seokjin could make out that the man had an attractive face, still managing to look good even out of breathe. A solid eight out of ten.
"Hello. Nice to meet you Taehyung. Sorry to call you out suddenly, I'm sure you were busy." Seokjin apologetically said as he watched the man pant, his hands on his knees.
"No! Not at all! It's my pleasure!" Taehyung's head shot up as he forced himself to look at the angel himself.
"I'm Ki-"
"Kim Seokjin." Taehyung cut in, surprising Seokjin. But soon his expression turned to one of pure happiness as he laughed. Taehyung was having an eargasm at the pretty sounds the man emitted. After composing himself, Seokjin lead the younger in front of the screen after waving Chaeyoung goodbye who ran back to probably tell her friends about securing a date with him.
"So, you took this?" Seokjin asked Taehyung.
"Yeah! I actually paired up with a friend from the art department who's hobby is taking blogs to make this." Taehyung explained, though he was staring at Seokjin's side-profile rather than his own art work.
"I think it's wonderful. The best." Seokjin turned to look at him and Taehyung's breathe hitched in his throat.
"T-thank you. That really means a lot to me." Taehyung bowed lightly to cover the blooming pink of his cheeks.
"Have you heard of the school theatre?" Seokjin asked, not noticing the blush on the male.
"Of course! I've seen last years where you were starring. It was really good, no wonder professionals come to watch." Taehyung said as he swiped his bangs out of his eyes.
"Thank you." Seokjin always blushed a little when someone complimented his acting or play. He was weak to that.
"Well, this year we're trying new things, breaking the tradition you could say. We're going to be showing a VCR during the play and I want you to be the one to direct and film it for us." Seokjin clearly said as he looked at Taehyung.
Taehyung seemed to have a silent conflict inside his head before he slowly opened his mouth, "Can I ask my friend for help?"
"Yeah, sure! You don't have to do it alone." Seokjin assured which made Taehyung relax a little.
"I really am happy for you to give me a chance to prove myself in front of so many. But before that can we get closer personally?" Taehyung asked fidgeting with his shirt.
Seokjin giggled before patting Taehyung's arm, "Yes, Taehyung-ah we can."
Taehyung seemed to hyperventilate at that slight touch of affection, almost making Seokjin laugh but he managed to keep a straight face.
"Give me your phone after you unlock it?" Seokjin tilted his head to the side smiling at Taehyung's face that screamed somewhere between horror and death.
Taehyung timidly took his phone out and unlocked it before giving it to Seokjin, never leaving his gaze from the device.
Seokjin typed his number in and added himself in Taehyung's contact as "Jinie hyung" before giving it back to Taehyung with a bright smile,
"Text me when you're bored and we can decide when to hang out!"
Taehyung stood still, not even being able to nod. He dumbly waved back at Seokjin who had said something like "bye Taetae!".
Taehyung stared at the broad shouldered man walking out of the showcase and he snapped out of his trance when he felt people looking at him now, whispering. Gossips and rumors of him and Seokjin together would spread like wild-fire.
Taehyung frantically opened a group chat,
