My eyes flutter open. I'm wondering how long I've been asleep. I look around. I'm tied. My hands and legs are tied together and I'm lying uncomfortable on he ground. Not on a ground on a house, or on the cement. I'm lying on the ground on a car, in the back of a truck. I sat quietly until the car stopped. A man opened the back of the truck. He grabbed me by the arms. He whispered something peculiar in my ear. "Believe me. I don't want to hurt you." The man paused. "You're a beautiful woman. And I would love to have a wife like you."

"Let me go!" I demanded.

"I'm sorry Miss. Daaé." He told me. I fell to the ground. I didn't know what was happening. The man who captured me fell on top of me. He quickly kissed me. I stood on my feet as fast as I could. I saw the same man before I fell asleep. He was starring at me. I knew him. He was an old companion.

I saw him run towards me. I fainted. I haven't seen him since forever.

When I was conscious, I was back in the truck. I was tied to a chair. My back against a wall. No, not a wall, a man.

"Glad you're awake." He said. I heard his voice. I haven't seen him since that night when I left him. I didn't know what to say.

"Erik, what are you doing here?!" I asked.

"You were in trouble."

"How did you know where to find me?" I asked. Silence filled the room. I dared to ask. "Have you been following me?" The scilence was broken.

"Christine, I'm sorry." I knew it. He had! I sat up straighter, not minding what he could have been thinking.

About an hour later, the car stopped. A man walked towards me. He untied me. He held out his hand. "Miss. Daaé." He said. I touched his hand. He guided me into an enormous mansion! There were statues and candles. Candles..... Erik! I turned around. "Erik! What happened to him?!" I shouted.

"Calm down Christine. He'll be fine."

"Where are you holding him?!" I flicked me hand away from him.

"He's our prisoner."

"What do you want from me?" I asked. He pulled the chair away from the table.

"The master will explain." He pointed to the chair. "Sit." I sat down, and he pushed me in. My head still held high. I won't let anything happen to Erik.

I waited.

I heard footsteps ahead. I looked in the darkness, where I thought he would come out. Hands touched my shoulders. He kissed my cheek. He breathed in my ear.

"Christine Daaé." He whispered.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Your master." He whispered again. He kissed my neck.

"May I ask why you have captured me?"

"I need you." He said.

"For what?"

"Do you like it here?" He didn't answer my question. I spun around and I saw a man in black. More mysterious than the phantom. His face was covered in a black mask. It covered his whole face.

"Why do you need Erik?"

"Awe, the phantom. He will protect you." I turned around.

"From what?" I asked.

"Hmm." He walked over to the other end of the dinner table. His hands were together, with the elbows on the table.

"Miss. Christine Daaé." He started. "Do you love me?"

"Love? I don't even know you!" I stood up, and stormed out of the room. Someone grabbed me. They pushed me on the floor. I couldn't move. Someone was holding me down. The man stood above me.

"Christine, do you want to see your beloved Erik again?" He asked threatening me. I couldn't leave. They guided me to my room. It was so spacious, and had a big beautiful bed. It looked like a queen. I would've enjoyed it, but I'm a prisoner. He has Erik over me. I need to see him. I need to see Erik.
