Your POV

All I could see was black, I couldn't hear anything. The pain on my collarbone had stopped but it felt sore still. I knew that I clearly weren't on the couch anymore and I didn't feel Mark's hold on my hand, nor did I feel his presence. It was warm and softer than the couch was, definitely a bed. The world finally started to return slowly as I could hear a few muffled voices outside, maybe downstairs. As I could hear more, they sounded more and more panicked. I could hear Mark's voice but couldn't make out what he was saying.
I sat up but the voices still sounded far away, I felt dizzy and woozy. My head swayed a bit back and forth. I couldn't see anything more than a few feet in front me, the room was pitch black. Only faint outlines of the furniture and the door, even through the windows was blackened.
"So, this is where you've been hiding" I heard a growlish voice say, my head snapped to the direction, making me feel even woozier.
"Who...who's there?" I asked, trying to steady myself. I focused when I saw a slight figure in front me. I jumped and felt a shiver through my spine when it stepped out of the shadow.

He had Dark's face but it wasn't him. There was a scar over his left eye going down to reach adjacent to his lip. He was pale, different than Dark's pale and unlike Light's fairness. His hair was jet black, the kind of black you'd find in the abyss. His hands were decorated with black vines with roses and few thorns here and there. There were three snake heads, each ending a series of vines. His eyes were cold and soulless, they felt like they bore into mine. Like I was looking into a dead man's eyes who was still alike somehow. He wore a black suit and the sleeves were ripped off above the elbow, which exposed the vines. There was a staff in his hands, one that displayed a sort of elegance, the head of it was what looked to be a rose but pieces of it looked chipped away.
He stepped out of the shadow completely and I saw what was behind him. It was the bone structure of wings, and something was wrong with the right side. It looked like it was broken badly and healed in that broken stated. Giving it a very crooked look. The left side was opened out while the right was closed in a bit, in its crippled form.

"I'm Shadow" he said and a maniacal grin spread on his face.
"We'll see you soon" he stated and banished, I found myself jumping up again on my bed.

I could hear the voices clearly now, Mark, Sèan and Light, trying to hatch a plan of defense, or whether to leave. I kicked my feet off the bed, looking at my torn shirt on me. The 'D' was blood red but not open. It was still only a scar. I got up, it was dark outside, nightfall. I found a different shirt to put on, I remembered that image so vividly. I don't know him as an ego either, but I guess I should stop referring back to Mark's channel for knowledge of all this. Clearly, this is nothing like an acting charade.
Suddenly, I recalled Damion's words. 'Beware of Shadow' this is what he was referring to. I didn't even remember it to tell the others.
I trudged out my room and down to where they were. They all looked at me when I did come down.
"Hey, are you ok?" Mark asked, coming closer.
"No, we need to get out of here now" I said, immediately.
"What? But we're supposed to fight him" Sèan said.
"I'm not nearly close to controlling this thing and he is coming here. We need to go now" I said again.

"Is there one of you by the name of Shadow? Cuz he's working with Dark. They're coming" I asked and Mark and Light looked confused.
"Shadow? Never heard of him, Light?" he inquired.
"No, there isn't anyone by that name. Did he have anything that stuck out to you, you saw him right?" Light questioned.
"Yes, I saw him and there was a lot that stuck out. There's no time, we have to go" I told them again, ready to pull them out the door.
Mark pulled me back.
"Y/n calm down, the shield's back up. You're fine, we're all fine" he said.
"No, we're not. They're coming, we have to go, Call Wil, warn him. We have to go" they looked at me then each other.
"What? What's wrong?" I asked.
"Wil's been found out" Mark told me.
"Then we have to go get him, Dark'll kill him" I told.
"It's too dangerous, he's gone y/n" he said. I calmed myself down, he was right, we couldn't do anything for Wil right now. We had to get out of there first.
"Mark, we have to go, now. I know they're on their way here right now" I said.
"Ok ok. We'll go. There's no harm in being precautious. We'll go now" he said and I breathed a sigh of relief. We started for the door when we heard a voice.
