Cherry Blossom is the name Jon gave to the tree, he had cared for that tree for years. And as any day, today he makes a quick trip to see it.

Just to check on it.

The afternoon is cold, the wind is a bit strong and chilly. He makes his way towards the tree, and as usual. It looks just as beautiful as the first day he saw it. Strong, colorful, and alive. He takes a few more minutes of his time in checking the tree, but soon begins to hear faint sounds.

Hoo-hoo...

Jon stops on his tracks, looking around.

"...Hello?"

He keeps looking for the source of the sounds, soon finding a fluffy ball on the tree's side. The little creature pops its head out, revealing an owl. It's.. hurt. Its right wing bloody and feather-LESS. The little critter looks up at Jon, pain in its golden eyes, it's scared as well.

"...Hey there little guy," Jon doesn't get too close at first, but the little guy doesn't move.

"You seem to be really hurt ya know?" The owl uses its claws,to move closer to Jon, trying to use the bad wing.

"No no stop," Jon takes off his blue hoodie, slowly and gently wrapping it around the owl.

He's surprised it hasn't attacked him at all, but still doesn't let his guard down.

"I'll take care of ya for a while, alright bud? Just until your wing is healed and good as new."

Jon's POV.

As I make my way home with the owl wrapped in my jacket, it digs through it. Purring as it enjoys the warmth from it, it's amazing how it didn't attacked me at all. But I still gotta be careful.. The sun seems to be setting, soon it'll be dark.

*30 minutes pass*

I see my house at the distance and quickly walk towards it, in a couple of minutes we're inside my house. Just a small, nice place. The owl begins tilting its head to the sides as it looks around my place with curiosity, it makes me chuckle a bit as I make my way towards the bathroom. I gently pick up the owl from my jacket and put it in the rub, but it starts flapping its wings; including the bad one.

"Woah! Hey calm down, I'm trying to help you!" I try to calm it down, soon doing so.

"Easy bud, I'm just gonna clean you up alright?" The owls hoots a few times as I start the water, soon the tub fills up and the owl just... floats, making me chuckle again.

It seems to enjoy the bath as I clean him gently. Once I'm done it looks at me, trying to get out of the tub, I stop it.

"Calm your tits buddy, I'll get ya out in a sec" I quickly grab my towel and gently pick up the owl, I start to dry him up.

20 minutes later*

Once I'm finished patching up its wing I put it on my couch so it can rest, but it just starts to move around again. I sigh,

"What is it bud? Hm... are you hungry? I'll be right back," I quickly leave to the kitchen, in a couple of minutes back to the couch with a small can of tuna open.

"I don't jniw what you owls eat, but this will so for now. Here" I grab a small chunk of tuna, showing it to the owl.

It grabs the piece of food and begins eating it, I continue to feed it until the can it's empty. Soon afterwards it's noticeable the creature it's tired. So I leave it my jacket and turn off the room's lights, I yawn.

"Night bud, see ya tomorrow." As I leave I hear the owl HOOT, but I ignore it.

It must be just spooked I guess, in a couple of minutes I am ready for bed. So I lay down and try to sleep, still just a bit uneasy about having a wild animal in my house.

I just hope I did the right thing by helping it out.

Soon afterwards, I pass out. Cuz I can't remember what the hell happened next.
