Evan's Pov.

I can feel myself dreaming again, cold on the ground as my tiny wings shake and shrivel. I hear the faintest of voices to my side, but all I see at the moment  are ashes and dead leaves falling around me. From the voices turn to the smallest forms of my brothers, only seeing little Ryan and a small boy besides him. His eyes a mix of a faint green and brown, his brown hair covered in in ashes and his locks a  messy style. As they help me up I can finally look around me, a few trees are burning to the ground and there's grown bodies scattered around with the blood that has already turned black. Some of the children are missing and so is mum, they drag me along with them as we run through the woods. From there on, the sun turns awfully blinding. My vision turning white with those little stars that someone gets when they stand up fast, from there on I can hear small little birds and the music from crickets.

I'm awake?
I'm awake!- wait what?

I must've landed on the ground, as a little squirrel is starting at me with black unerving eyes.

Uncomfortable.

"Fuck," I grumble, sitting up painfully which makes the little rodent scram.

"This damn tree, I hate this tree. Fuck this tree." I notice I'm not an animal anymore, which is a good sign. I guess.

But I can't go back to Jon's place, I don't know if they're still there or not!

'Amazing, now we don't know where Jon works and I can't communicate. Might as well go fuck myself,' I think to myself, angrily.

"...what if I go to Ryan" I say out loud, "just until Jon comes back! Maybe Luke will let me use his phone? I need to clear things it with Ryan as well, he must know something about what's happening.

I should really stop talking to myself." I walk off right after that, looking around for any familiar streets.

Hi, I am hella fucking sorry. I've been busy af, like really busy. Midterms are coming and I've got an anatomy project and a 3d model with that. Though I have not forgotten about this story, I'm doing as many things at the same time and I am behind on slot of things. I apologize for this chapter being so short, I don't like that either. I like em long (ಥ_ಥ) too. I hope this does it for a while, again I'm sorry. I feel like crap for doing this to y'all, but I'm happy at least you guys enjoy the chapters, I'll leave ya to it. Bye bye bebes
