Alexis woke up, feeling her head on someone's lap, and she could feel the warmth from a fire.

"Daddy's?" She squeaked out as she opened her still watery eyes.

"It's alright Cub, were're here." Remus reassured his daughter. Lily was performing a couple of healing spells and then wrapped bandages around the wound. Alexia struggled to look up from her father's lap. Remus and Sirius panicked, as they didn't want their daughter to faint again.

"How bad is it?" Alexia asked, defeated from her efforts and struggling against her parents.

"Quite deep, you really slipped down quickly didn't you? Just like your Daddy Padfoot." Remus joked, trying to lighten the mood up a bit.

Alexia looked across the room, to see her Uncle James confronting and questioning her cousin on what happened. Harry was nearly in tears, as his father looked pretty stern.

"Uncle James," She called him over.

"Yes Lexi?" He said, brightening up at the sound of her voice.

"I-it wasn't Harry's fault, I ran and slipped." She said, briefly remembering what happened.

"No sweety, Harry was the one who told you to race him, and by the sounds of it, you were caught of guard, slipped and cut your knee on the stones." Lilly told the confused child, who was finishing healing her leg.

"There you go," She then went into full on mum-mode, "Harry James Potter! How dare you prompt your cousin to run like that! When you're both at Hogwarts you must look after her! Now apologise immediately!" She shouted pretty loud, causing Alexia to get very sad, she hated it when people shouted around her. A few tear drops fell off of her face, but no-one noticed. Harry looked like he was about to burst out crying, and looked at me, then stared at my in confusion.

"Why are you crying? Mum was shouting at me?" Sirius and Remus looked at their daughter in concern, then she ran off into the kitchen, and hid under the table.

When Alexia was a young girl, no older than five, her 'Aunt' Bellatrix payed a little visit to the Black household in the middle of the night. She took Alexia to the Lestrange Manor ans shouted at her for a while, then tortured her. If it weren't for the Black's house elf, no-one would know where she was. Later in the morning, Remus and Sirius saved their daughter, Sirius hexing his cousin, and calling the Ministry of Magic, and they put her in Azkaban. She clung onto both Father's for the rest of the night, and had to sleep in their bed, for she would not sleep in her own for 3 long weeks after the Bellatrix arrived at their home.

"Cub, come out from their,  Auntie Lilly wasn't shouting to scare you, she was telling Harry to apologise." Soon everyone was crowded in front of the table. Harry being the only one who could crawl under the table, sat next to her, their backs pressed against the wall. He hugged her from the side, and the four parents slowly drifted off to the front room, Lilly apologising over, and over again, not meaning to scare the poor child. Remus and Sirius explained their situation to the Potter's, Lilly covering her mouth, eyes watering. Giving birth to the beautiful little girl, she had grown quite attached to Alexia. Lilly then walked slowly into the kitchen, to find her son and niece asleep, a few tear streaks on Alexia's face.

"James, Sirius, can you come and lift this table up, our children are asleep." Lilly whispered to the three men. James and Sirius lifted the table up, as Lilly and Remus grabbed their children, Lilly having to wait for James to actually pick Harry up. Then James and Remus carried the sleeping boy and girl up to Harry's room. Remus placed Alexia down on Harry's bed and planted a small kiss on her forehead, his wolfish mind wanted him to stay and protect his werewolf Cub.

"Remus" James said, knowing how protective his friend could be over his daughter. Remus nodded and turned of the lights with a wave of his wand, and walked back downstairs to converse with the adults.

"Looks like Lexi will be staying the night" James joked, making all the adults chuckle slightly. Sirius had apparated while James and Remus were upstairs and had gotten some fresh clothes for Alexia and set them on the coffee table in the front room.

"She'll be fine, Remus, no one's in that room apart from Harry." Sirius said, sensing his partners discomfort. Remus nodded, but was still thinking how Voldemort easily walked in here ten years ago, and mercilessly killed James and Lilly, before attempting to murder the children, and how Bellatrix had taken her while he and Sirius where asleep.

"I know." He said, not believing himself, but took a sip of his warm coffee to reassure everyone in the room that Harry and Alexia would be fine.
