"I think it's gonna rain."
Shivaay threw a sideways glance at Annika, and rolled his eyes.
"So?"
"Um, nothing. I'm just saying."
"Even I can see that it's going to start raining."
"Do you have a problem with everything I say? I was just trying to make conversation because you're so boring and I'm dying out of BOREDOM!"
"Excuse me? I'M not boring, you are- fhat the wuck, what happened to this stupid car?"
Shivaay tried shifting the gear a couple of times, but it didn't work. His expensive BMW just wouldn't start and on top of that, it had started raining. He saw Annika looking at him with a pitiful look in her eyes.
"What?" He asked her as he tried calling Khanna. No signal.
"Nothing. Billuji. Just wish I had my Champa with me now. She never abandons me in difficult times."
"Really?" Shivaay snickered. "Are you really dumb enough to not realize that you would get wet in the rain if you were on your 'Champa'?"
"Well," Annika shrugged, "I'm planning to get wet in the rain anyway."
Having said that, she got out of the car and into the pouring rain, swirling around and playing with the rain drops in the middle of the street, with a beautiful smile on her face. As Shivaay stared at her from where he still sat in the driver's seat, he wished the rain would last a while longer, and that his phone be out of signal till then.
